Anna Nicole Smith has hinted she may already be pregnant again less than three months after the birth of her baby Dannielynn.
Smith let the good news slip during a filmed pre-interview chat with a producer working for US news show Entertainment Tonight on Sunday.
Her big reveal was caught on camera and aired on the show last night.
The former model blurted out, “I think I might be pregnant again… Did that just come out?”
She added, “I’m not ready. (Boyfriend/Husband) Howard (K Stern) wants to have another baby… He wants to have a little boy.”
But when the producer attempted to get more information out of the new mother, who lost her 20-year-old son just three days after giving birth in September, she decided she’d said enough.

Britney Spears’ first husband Jason Alexander claims the pop superstar has had cosmetic surgery on her stomach following the birth of her second child in September.
Alexander and Spears were childhood friends from Louisiana and tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2004, only to have the marriage annulled 55 hours later.
And Alexander believes that Spears is determined to get herself into shape following her recent separation from second husband Kevin Federline, with whom she has two children.
He says, “Britney has to be seen to get out there now and be seen to be looking good and so on. She’s doing all that. She’s been locked down for two years.
“She had a tummy tuck after the birth of her second child. She’s working on all of that. She’s worth hundreds of millions – of course she looks good.
“She has the money to have surgery and nutritionists and get her body back.
Jennifer Lopez is turning to the teachings of Scientology in an effort to become a mum, according to new US reports.
The Maid In Manhattan star, who recently attended the Italian wedding of top celebrity Scientologist Tom Cruise, is reportedly taking tips from actress Leah Remini, who used the religion’s doctrines when she was trying to conceive her first child.
According to American publication Life & Style, Lopez became interested in Scientology when Remini confided in her that the religion helped her conceive.
An insider tells the publication, “She’s starting to understand the cleansing process. It’s all about putting the positive energy where you want it.”
The source insists Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony are unlikely to join the church because he’s a devout Catholic, but “he’s willing to let Jen do what she needs to make things happen.”

A Los Angeles judge has rejected a request by a British woman who claimed she was the mother of Michael Jackson’s kids.
Nona Paris Lola Jackson filed claims she is the biological mother of Jackson’s three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II, aka Blanket.
But officials in California have denied her request to take Jackson and his ex-wife Debbie Rowe, who insists she’s the mother of Paris and Prince Michael, to court.
The judge ruled that Jackson did not properly serve the pop superstar or Rowe with notice of her claim.
The woman alleges Jackson never had sex with Rowe or his other ex-wife, Lisa Marie Presley.
She also claims to have written 3,000 songs and six scripts for Jackson during his career.

Jude Law ate a raw goat kidney while on safari in Africa because he was afraid to offend his hosts.
The Cold Mountain star and his family were staying with African tribesmen in Tanzania just before Christmas last year when they sacrificed a goat to celebrate the actor’s visit.
He explains, “We spent two nights with the Masai tribe and then went camping.
It was a very special experience. My stepson and my eldest son and I were taken off by the warriors… They sacrificed a goat for us.
“They don’t eat a lot of meat, so when they do, it’s a big deal and they don’t like spilling the blood so they suffocate it. Then they splice the thing up in front of you and they eat the organs.
“I was given a kidney – straight in the mouth. I didn’t want to offend anyone, so I ate it! Actually it wasn’t too bad in all honesty. It was very warm still and really salty.

She recently told Steppin Out magazine’s Chaunce Hayden how Rock “was going nuts” on a visit to the mammary mecca a month ago: “I never saw a grown man drink so much and be so self-destructive in my entire life. It was scary to watch . . . He kept screaming out the name ‘Pam’ over and over.”

Lindsay Lohan is flirting with sobriety. After a hard weekend of partying with Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, Lohan – who’s been sporting an Alcoholics Anonymous pin – has apparently had enough. A Los Angeles spy reports seeing her yesterday at a 7:30 a.m. AA meeting near her apartment in the Sierra Towers. A friend of Lohan confirmed, “She has attended several meetings and has hopefully decided to turn her life around – this time for good. She is out of control.” Lohan skipped Thanksgiving with her mom, Dina, and her family because she knew “someone would force an intervention on her.” So Dina – who likes a party almost as much as her wild-child daughter – has arrived in L.A. to convince Lindsay to stay home some nights. The actress is filming “The Best Time of Our Lives” with Keira Knightley for the next five weeks – and then, friends hope “she will really get serious about getting sober. And drop out of the limelight for a while.” A rep for Lohan declined comment.
