Versace heiress Allegra Versace is looking healthy and gorgeous just 10-months after entering an inpatient facility for severe anorexia.
The 21-year-old, who was reportedly near death at 70 lbs. a year ago, showed off her natural model good looks today when she made a rare public appearance at the fall/winter 2009 Gianni Versace show in Milan.
Last year, mom Donatella confirmed that the college girl was being devoured by the eating disorder after photos surfaced of the dangerously skinny girl attached to naso-gastric feeding tubes.
“My daughter is very ill. Anorexia is consuming her and we are very worried. However, the doctors are doing all they can to snatch her away from this cruel disease and we have faith in them,” the 53-year-old fashion designer said at the time.
Now that Allegra appears in good healthy, should we expect her to be playing a more active role in luxury fashion company that bares her name?
When her uncle was murdered a decade ago (Allegra was just 11), Gianni bequeathed 50% of his share of the fashion company to his favorite niece. When she turned 18, she received the primary inheritance of about $700 million.
