Last week, Britney Spears’ cousin sent a text message to everyone programmed in her phone, encouraging them to download her single, “Driving Blind,” on iTunes. Now, a tipster tells us, a guy is calling around to p.r. firms all over LA looking for someone to get the word out about Sims. “He asked his assistant to put together a list of firms and now he’s randomly reaching out to all of them and trying to put together a team,” we’re told. A friend of Alli’s told us, “The response to her single requires her to find representation.”
