Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline were just happy to be out in the sunshine on Monday, blissfully unaware that there’s a battle over their future currently taking place in an L.A. courthouse. While the kids played in their toy cars with a nanny, mother Britney Spears was en route to her custody hearing with a police escort to face off with Kevin Federline, who has been at the courthouse since this morning.
As PageSix.com reported earlier today, the kids haven’t been missing their mom since she was admitted to the hospital psych ward last week and then split town to go traveling with photographer beau Adnan Ghalib.
It’s only been a week since then but if the court rules in K-Fed’s favor, it could be a lot longer till Brit sees her kiddos again.
