The couple were at her favourite haunt, Cottons Rhum Shack And Restaurant.
Despite the cold weather, she wore an open-necked minidress with ballet shoes.
Perhaps she was making a point by dating an ex as her former husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has reportedly started a relationship with a lap dancer.
