As you know, “Golden Voice” Ted Williams has received a lot of support throughout the past year. Now he wants to give back and spread a little bit of love this Valentine’s Day, and in the process, help feed the hungry through KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese’s “Golden Voice of Love” campaign.

From February 12 – 14, KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese’s “Golden Voice of Love” campaign invites consumers to tag their Valentine’s Day love Tweets with #VoiceOfLove for the chance to have Ted’s soulful voice bring their words to life. Up to 100 tagged Tweets will be selected for Ted to record a personalized video that can be shared with your Valentine. Additionally, each #VoiceofLove Tweet spurs a donation of 100 boxes of KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese to Feeding America, up to 100,000 boxes.

Like many others, KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese was moved by Ted Williams’ story last year, and are in the unique position to help Ted use his great voice again with the “Golden Voice of Love” Campaign as they continue a tradition of helping those in need.

J.R. Martinez capped off an incredible year last November when he was crowned the winner of Dancing With the Stars season 13, beating out a list of competitors that included Rob Kardashian, Ricki Lake and Kristin Cavallari.

Now, with a baby girl on the way, J.R. is poised to have an even bigger year in 2012. But just how ready is he to become a father?

“I’m nervous, of course, because there’s so much to learn, and it can be overwhelming,” he told Celebuzz in an exclusive interview. “But at the same time, I’m excited to be able to learn all of that and to be a father and pass down the things that I’ve been able to learn in my life. I’m absolutely looking forward to it. It’s exciting.”

As for whether or not he’ll be a strict parent, J.R. confessed, “I’m a softie. Behind this tough look and everything that I have, I’m a softie. I’m gonna try to stay grounded and try to stay strong and put my foot down. Hopefully, she’ll take me seriously.”

In the meantime, J.R. said that he and girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones haven’t decided yet on what to name their daughter.

“We’re still tossing [names] around. We don’t have anything yet that’s solid or in place yet. We’ll see what we come up with.”

J.R. met his longtime girlfriend in 2008 when he won a role on the ABC soap All My Children. As they prepare to welcome their first child together, J.R. says he’s also gearing up for Valentine’s Day.

“I’ve got some things that I’ve got planned. [Diana] doesn’t know about [them] yet,” he said.

But while he didn’t go into full details, he did offer some advice for what guys can do on the year’s most romantic holiday.

“Do something!” he quipped. “And don’t be all, that’s too sentimental, that’s too feminine. Do something for your beautiful lady. Allow her to feel appreciated on this day. Allow her to understand and know how important she is to you. And if you do that, trust me: You get brownie points to be able to go away with the guys and watch the game or something. It works! It’s been proven before.”

An Iraqi War veteran, J.R. overcame tragedy after an IED explosion left 40 percent of his body burned in 2003. Today, he’s teamed with the non-profit organization The Phoenix Society to raise awareness for other burn victims. He was also named one of PEOPLE’s Sexiest Men Alive last November, an honor he wears proudly.

“It just shows, as a burn survivor, I was able to go out into the entertainment world and show the world a completely different type of sexy, so to speak. Despite the burns that you have on your body, despite the scars that you have on your body, you are still a beautiful person, you are still a handsome person. It all goes down from deeper than that burn can ever reach.”

Of course, given how busy J.R. is today, we had to ask: Does he keep up with his dancing? In a word, no.

“I tell people, my Latin shoes are kind of retired for now … I’m danced out right now, not only physically, but mentally, too.”

At the very least, he’ll always have his Mirrorball Trophy.

“I actually keep mine at home right above the fireplace,” he told us. “But if you ask everybody that I’ve met in my travels, they think that I have it in my back pocket.”

If you’re wondering about the story behind Debbie being in the show. Basically, Subway restaurants partnered with Diet Coke to support The Heart Truth this year and with Michael Phelps being one of Subway’s Famous Fans, asked if his mom would like to walk for Subway in this year’s show (last year Subway Famous Fan Laila Ali hit the runway). And to top that- yesterday Subway announced that Debbie is the chain’s newest Famous Fan!

“I like to take risks and try new things,” says Selena, who loves the line’s new flared jeans. Although she loves the looks, she wanted to make sure Dream Out Loud had something for all of her fans. She says, “I didn’t want my clothing line to be just about me; I wanted it to be about my fans.” Her advice on how to look your best this season? “Ultimately you should be dressing for you and no one else! Nothing feels more amazing than wearing what you love!”

On the upcoming series finale of Desperate Housewives…
“Unfortunately, that show’s going too, but at least we had a forewarning. They’ve been doing it for eight years, I’m just happy to be able to jump on the last two. It’s been wonderful. We still have another seven episodes to shoot, so we don’t finish until the end of April. The mood on set hasn’t been too sad because we still have a tremendous amount of work to do, but I’m sure after eight years it’s going to get kind of teary toward the end.”

On what’s in store for the women on Wisteria Lane…
“I don’t know. We rarely know what’s going to happen from episode to episode. I don’t know whether it’s intentional, but we get scripts sometimes the night before we shoot. It might be a good idea because then nothing ever gets leaked. All I know is that I hope I remain on the lane and stay alive! That’s my wish.”

On staying in touch with her Desperate co-stars…
“Hopefully we’ll continue to be friends. The same thing happened with Ugly Betty. Tomorrow, I’m actually off to see Michael Urie star in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and then I’m having lunch in between shows with Judith Light, and America Ferrera and I texted last week. We’re all still connected and I think the same thing will happen with the Desperate Housewives girls. I’ve been to Felicity Huffman’s house for game night, and I’ve been to Teri Hatcher’s house the past two years for her annual Halloween party. When you spend a lot of hours with people that you enjoy and work with you become friends and I hope that lasts.”
