BETHENNY Frankel hardly has time to become a homemaker. The natural foods chef, the only single woman on “The Real Housewives of New York City,” just inked a multiple-book deal in the mid-six- figures with Touchstone Fireside. Her first, “Naturally Thin,” is expected out by next year. The curvy, culinary cutie, who is the newest spokeswoman for Pepperidge Farm and whose Bethenny Bakes products are sold in supermarket chains, is also rumored to be in talks for her own health food-based TV show.
