Rapper 50 Cent’s African poverty campaign has been given a boost – the energy drink which has been created for the charity will be distributed by beverage giant Pepsi.

The In Da Club hitmaker has vowed to help impoverished children alongside the United Nations, and has launched a new drink, called Street King, to raise funds for the cause.

For every bottle of the beverage sold, the United Nations will provide one meal to a child in need, and now the product has the backing of one of the biggest drinks companies in the world.

Talking about the new deal on his Twitter.com page, the hip-hop star writes, “I did a deal with pepsi to distribute streetking its gonna be every were buy a bottle a feed some one in need.”

The price of the Connecticut mega-mansion owned by rapper 50 Cent has dropped again – to $10.9 million.

The 50,000-square-foot mansion is in the Hartford metropolitan area suburb Farmington. It was owned by boxer Mike Tyson.

It has 19 bedrooms and 37 bathrooms. It boasts a gym, billiards rooms, racquetball courts and a disco with stripper poles.

The New York City rapper bought it for $4.1 million. He said it had “a ‘Miami Vice’ feel” and spent $6 million on renovations and repairs.

The home was for sale for nearly two years before being pulled off the market in May. The initial $18.5 million price dropped to $14.5 million late last year.

50 Cent says he’s tired of the two-hour commute to New York City and wants to downsize.

RAP superstar 50 Cent got used to wearing suits while in court earlier this month. He eventually settled his lawsuit against engineering firm BVH Integrated over renovations to his Connecticut mansion, and according to our source, he celebrated with a shopping spree at Tom Ford on Madison Avenue the other day, where he “spent $33,000 on suits. Tom is a huge fan and made them specifically for 50 Cent.”

Rapper 50 Cent testified in court Tuesday that he never would have bought Mike Tyson’s mansion if he knew it would cost a pretty penny to fix up.

The star is suing BVH Integrated Services, the engineering firm he hired to inspect the Farmington, Conn., spread when he was buying it from the boxer’s ex-wife in 2003.

The company estimated it would cost about $500,000 to repair roofs, decks, driveways and renovate other parts of the property.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, said he ended up spending about $6 million on the job. He says BVH should cough up about $3 million.

“I would not have purchased the property with $1 million worth of work to do. To be honest I would not have purchased a house with $700,000 worth of damages,” he testified.

“I would have felt I was living in a construction site,” said the hip-hop hit machine, who was wearing a dark pinstriped suit and no tie.

BVH attorney Michael Byrne said it didn’t overbill and that 50 Cent wanted “extravagant and costly upgrades.”

The 19-bedroom property – which was featured on MTV’s “Cribs” – includes a recording studio and a nightclub that features a swing dangling from the ceiling.

When the 48,000-square-foot property was up for sale in 2007, brokers said the rapper had added a helicopter pad, an infinity pool and spa with a grotto, a movie theater, and other extras.

No one bought it, and it’s no longer for sale.

A source tells us rapper 50 Cent and Ciara (above) recently shacked up together for a night in one of the penthouse suites at the AKA Times Square Hotel & Residences on West 44th Street. “And there was only one bed in that penthouse,” our source observed. Representatives for 50 Cent and Ciara had no comment.

At least he looking at girls. That’s what my whole thing is and that’s why we call him Curly. He’s not straight. We appreciate all the attention.”

Track Of The Day: 50 Cent – Tia Told Me (Rick Ross Diss)

It’s no secret that 50 Cent has an amazing body … and at Sundance, he seemed particularly keen to prove it.

The brawny hip-hopper invited a handful of pals, including actors Tom Arnold and Mekhi Phifer plus Gatecrasher’s Sean Evans — to join him on a 20-minute cardio session led by Fitty’s trainer, Jay Cardiello.

“It’s intense, and there are no weights involved. And some of it’s like girly stuff, like just kicking your leg, but it’s muscles you don’t really ever work at,” 50 said during the sweat session at Sundance’s Vitamin Water House. “Men don’t usually go to the gym and say, ‘I’m going to develop my ass. This’ll be the J.Lo workout.’

“I’ve been doing [the routine] for a while. I did that this morning before you got here. And I weight-trained.”

“So that was your second workout of the day?” inquired the now desperately tired Evans, struggling to feel his legs.

“Yep. And it’s not even noon,” 50 laughed.

After the workout, 50 and producing partner Randall Emmett hosted a private screening of “The Life and Death of Jam Master Jay,” one of the first movies under their new film company, Cheetah Films. As Seth Green, Russell Simmons and Chris Masterson filed into the house’s private screening room, 50 revealed why Jay was so important to him.

“Jay was a mentor. He’s the first person I went into the studio with the intention of producing a song for an album, which was never released because Jay’s touring schedule was so hectic he wasn’t able to focus on it.”

The rapper added: “After Jay, I went to Columbia Records, but that didn’t work … Columbia Records was too scared to even talk to me.

“So I learned to market myself, like Jay had done. A lot of the major labels and companies were ignoring me because they were only looking at my street life. It makes me rub it in now. Right in their faces. I want to go into their offices and say, ‘I remember you. Didn’t they fire you yet?’”

G-Unit founder 50 told how he enjoyed his time at Sundance. “I like the parties, because it’s something to do different than sitting in the theater seats. After watching five or six movies, people start to feel a little drained.

“I’ve seen a few movies, but I got to the premiere, they start announcing all the people who are there, and I’m like ‘What the hell? I’m 50 Cent! I’m here! Tell everyone I’m here,’ ” he joked.

At that point, Gatecrasher’s man wanted to clap for 50, but, still suffering post-workout trauma, couldn’t lift his arms.

Jim Carrey celebrated his 47th birthday with a special present: a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of 50 Cent’s G-Unit entourage.

The comic, along with girlfriend Jenny McCarthy, turned up at vitaminwater’s Sundance house in Park City, Utah, on Saturday to catch the rapper’s midnight performance — and made a beeline to where 50 was performing in the balcony.

“Jim and Jenny were dancing and really getting into the music, so 50 decided to bring him out to the balcony for a special rendition of ‘It’s Your Birthday’,” says our spy.

“When Fiddy told the crowd, ‘I have a very special guest for you’, everyone was floored because he had just done a duet with Robin Thicke. They thought the surprises were over. Then 50 started singing and Jim appeared, and the crowd just lost it.”

Although Carrey didn’t get on the mic, he did lip-synch while busting some ’50s-inspired moves. “Jim was bumping and grinding with Lloyd Banks,” our witness reveals, adding, “It was pandemonium in the best way.”

Carrey, in town to promote his new flick “I Love You Phillip Morris,” then retreated to a corner to catch up with Chris Rock. After some friendly banter, Chris took his turn onstage with 50’s crew. Says our spy: “50 literally stopped in the middle of a song and brought Chris out to hang and dance while he finished his set.”

Other party guests included Wesley Snipes, who spent a large portion of the evening grinding on two buxom blondes; Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrell Owens, Emma Roberts and Paris Hilton, who aimlessly wandered around the house with her new BFF Brittany Flickinger and three hulking bodyguards trailing her every move.

The heirhead then moved on to Tao at the Sundance Lift, where she partied alongside Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Anthony Kiedis, Matisyahu, Slash, Sting and Trudie Styler. “People were clamoring for pictures of Paris, while Sting wandered off completely unnoticed,” says an eyewitness, adding distastefully, “What is wrong with people?”
