Anne Hearst and daughter Amanda are animal lovers – the more exotic, the better. The heiresses, who will celebrate their Hamptons magazine cover tomorrow night at Room Service, tell the mag they’ve got geese, ducks, miniature goats, a mini-pinscher named Bella, a border collie dubbed Beans, a rabbit called Big Cotton, llamas Whitman and Thoreau, and an emu known as Einstein. Meanwhile, Amanda’s brother, Randy, will spend the summer in Fiji as part of the Rustic Pathways program, living in a dirt-poor village and doing volunteer work with the locals.
