Audrina Patridge is thrilled with her new, three-bedroom Hollywood Hills home.

“It’s amazing. I love it. So beautiful,” the L*Space-clad star told Usmagazine.com Saturday at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas.

“I love the house. I saw it, and I fell in love with it,” she tells Us of the Spanish-style pad (price tag: $1.2 million).

Featuring 2,100 square feet, the house also comes complete with city views, a wine refrigerator, outdoor barbeque and fountains, Usmagazine.com has learned.

As for moving out of Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth’s L.A. home?

“Nothing has changed,” Patridge tell Us of their friendship.

Conrad echoes the sentiment, recently telling Us Weekly that Patridge’s move was “under friendly terms.” A source adds that “it was time for Audrina to take the next big step.”

Next up for Patridge?

“I’m still filming season four of The Hills until December, and I’m going to Pittsburgh to film Sorority Row,” she tells Us. “My schedule is so crazy right now, but I love it. I like to be busy.”

IT’S amazing what reality-show losers can get for free just because they’re on TV. When the blank-faced star of “The Hills,” Audrina Patridge , showed up to the Passion for Pink luncheon at a private home in Beverly Hills last week, she was gifted with a $22,000 diamond Igal Haimov watch. Sources said Patridge, not known for her sense of expression, “was speechless.” We’re shocked, too.

Hills star Audrina Patridge is preparing to move out of Lauren Conrad’s guesthouse.

Moving vans were seen outside of the L.A. home and boxes were dropped off on Thursday.

Patridge’s decision comes after weeks of awkward tension between her, Conrad and Lo Bosworth.

Last week, the on-again, off-again friends both took blame during a heart-to-heart.

“All I want is for you to be my friend again,” a teary-eyed Conrad told Patridge.

“OK, then let’s do it,” Patridge replied.

The pair have a history of drama since becoming friendly on the first season of The Hills.

“Audrina has to remind me that she’s not someone who’s going to betray me,” Conrad told Us in March.

See Lauren Conrad’s many BFFs.

Adding fuel to the drama? Patridge’s feud with Conrad’s BFF and housemate Bosworth, whom Patridge once called “super bitchy.”

As Bosworth told Us last month, “Audrina and I know we’re never gonna be best friends. She and I don’t have personalities that go together very well.”

Last season, Patridge toyed with moving out, going so far as to check out apartments with beau Justin Bobby.

She’s lived through it, but even Audrina Patridge is talking about all the drama on The Hills!

“Last night’s episode of The Hills was intense,” the reality star wrote in her latest blog entry Tuesday, reacting to the show and her teary heart-to-heart with Lauren Conrad.

“I’m so glad Lauren and I had that talk,” she writes.”I’ve definitely learned not to let things build up and not to avoid certain scenarios. That was one of our first little confrontations. I believe they only make your friendship stronger in the long run.”

Patridge also thanks pal Justin-Bobby for his council – for coaching her through everything.

“He stays away from the drama and is usually pretty blunt about things,” Patridge writes. “He has a good intuition about people.”

Here is Audrina’s full blog entry:

Last night’s episode of The Hills was intense! I think that’s the third time I’ve cried so far on the show!!! Haha! I’m so glad Lauren and I had that talk. I’ve definitely learned not to let things build up and not to avoid certain scenarios. That was one of our first little confrontations, I believe they only make your friendship stronger in the long run.

There were a lot of little things that just kept adding to the tension. The new living situation, the new friend/roomie, the rumors you read and hear about in magazines and on gossip sites, moving on in the industry on my own, the whole flirtyness with certain someones that was uncalled for, and only being a true friend when it was called for were all building up. It was these and many other things that kept adding to the fire, and eventually led to the breakdown which included tears and big decisions.

Justin again was there for me through the hard time. He was very supportive, gave me good advice and offered me a place to stay if needed. One thing I love about him is that he stays away from the drama and is usually pretty blunt about things. He has a good intuition about people.

I feel that in the fourth season things have changed so much and continue to keep changing. It’s going to be a good season, don’t you think? :)

Audrina Patridge, Lauren Conrad’s BFF on The Hills, announced today on her official website that she will make a guest appearance on Jerry O’Connell’s (Carpoolers) upcoming Fox sitcom Do Not Disturb this fall. The show, which also stars Reno 911′s Niecy Nash, is a “workplace comedy” featuring a manager (O’Connell) at a hip New York City hotel. Patridge says she will play a guest checking into the hotel and that she’ll shoot her scenes sometime next week.

Could there be more trouble at hand for “The Hills” star Lauren Conrad surrounding her Hollywood home, which is featured prominently as a shooting location for the hit MTV show?

Access has learned that the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Building and Safety is investigating whether or not there is an illegal residence on Conrad’s property.

On “The Hills,” Audrina Patridge lives in the back guest house. However, according to the Multiple Listing Service, the house is not permitted for a second dwelling. It’s permitted for only one dwelling, which has seven rooms total – three bedrooms and one full bath.

The details for Second Unit permits are listed in Appendix VI, Section VI F of the Department of Building and Safety’s Building Permit and Clearance Handbook. The property is zoned as LAR1, which means a Single Family residence with one dwelling. For a second dwelling to be considered, the unit must meet 9 standards, listed here on pages 144 and 145.

The investigation by the city could explain blog reports last week of a moving truck sighted out front.

MTV had no comment about this investigation and Lauren’s spokesperson has not replied.

Additionally, a source tells Access that on Sunday morning at around 1 AM, several cars filled with girls and guys parked outside of Lauren’s house, yelled profanities, honked their horns, and then drove off. They returned again at 1:30, and again at 1:45, the source (who witnessed & heard the incident) says.
