Despite spending a night out on the town together, Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner are not together, according to US Weekly. The magazine has published a photo of the former couple hitting the town together in West Hollywood but a source close to the couple is quoted as saying “they are not back together” but are, in fact, “trying to figure out how to separate” after their two year relationship.

Despite some tumultuous events, including reports of a their involvement in a bar brawl in November 2011, the couple reportedly split amicably in January, after struggling to balance their relationship with Avril’s busy career. According to the magazine’s source, Brody was tired of always being her plus-one, and always going on tour with her.” They did admit, though that Jenner and Lavigne “still love each other and could get back together, but for now, he needed a break.”

Avril Lavigne, now 27 years old, has been working in the music industry since she was a teenager and is currently reported to be working on her fifth studio album. Brody Jenner, 28, is the son of Bruce Jenner, the former Olympian. Brody is also step-brother to Kim Kardashian and her younger sisters. As well as appearing in several episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Brody was a star of The Hills, and Princes of Malibu.

The singer and the reality TV star – who had been dating for almost two years – have decided to call time on their relationship because they couldn’t agree on their future.

A source told Life & Style magazine: “They decided to end their relationship. It wasn’t working out, and they wanted to go their separate ways.

“She wanted to settle down, but he wasn’t exactly ready. They had been having problems starting in the summer with her tour because she was on the road all the time. It put a strain on their relationship.”
Avril – who was previously married to Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley – recently said she would marry again as she wanted to start a family.
The 27-year-old star said: “It’s all about love and I make that my number one priority. One day I would hope to have kids and do that whole thing. Right now I’m very focused on my career, my album, my tour and naturally when that happens for me next, yeah I’ll go for it.”

POP princess AVRIL LAVIGNE and her prince charming DERYCK WHIBLEY should be dyeing each other’s hair pink and applying eyeliner together – but it looks like they’re heading for the divorce courts instead.

Despite just two years of marriage, the in-your-face bubblegum rockers are ending their relationship, according to US reports.

Trouble has been brewing since the Complicated singer embarked on her world tour earlier this year.

It is believed the distance put pressure on the couple and as her career soared, the SUM 41 frontman waved goodbye to fame.

A source said: “They have been growing apart for months. Deryck isn’t motivated in his own career, so he’s been drinking and partying.”

Rumours of their split were fuelled when Deryck was spotted at an LA event this week “huddled at a private table” and holding hands with an unknown woman.

Avril has a small pink heart-shaped tattoo with the letter D on her right wrist… maybe it’s time to make an appointment to remove it.

Is Avril Lavigne involved in a sex tape scandal? If so, she’ll join Shakira as the latest stars to have a rumored raunch video floating around.

You be the judge.

An extremely brief sex tape clip purporting to be Avril Lavigne, with her new single ‘Don’t Tell Me’ playing in the background, has been posted to the internet.

It is mostly available via bit torrent, although we have found an mpg here. And while it could be Avril, it’s probably not, there is no real way to tell.

The shot is from the back, as you can see in these screen shots above, the girl is of the same frame and build as Avril but no definitive view is available.

“It’s rock glam: fun, colorful, young and edgy,” Avril Lavigne says of her new clothing line in the latest of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.

Abbey Dawn, named after the nickname her dad calls her, will debut at Kohl’s stores nationwide in July.

The threads (ranging from $24 to $48) mimic the “Complicated” singer’s signature skater-girl-chic style and include hoodies, jeans and tees in bright colors and skull and zebra patterns.

“Everything is fit to be sexy and flattering,” the 23-year-old tells Us.

Lavigne, who had a hand in everything from choosing fabrics to collaborating on designs, plans to wear the line during her Best Damn Tour, which launches this month.

Lavigne’s hubby Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 approves.

“He’s excited,” she tells Us. “He likes everything I like!”

With three platinum albums and 35 million records sold, Avril Lavigne has gone from a teen hell-raiser who liked to spit on paparazzi to a stunning 23-year-old mogul (who´d admittedly still likes to spit on paparazzi). For more, pick up the March issue of Maxim on newsstands 2/19!

Singer AVRIL LAVIGNE has been forced to renegotiate how much she pays her backing dancers after talent agencies planned to boycott auditions for her upcoming tour in a row over fees. The Dancer’s Alliance, a U.S. organisation which looks after dancers’ interests, accused the star of paying her employees wages below the industry rate and demanded all wannabes stay away from the try-outs – which are due to be held on Tuesday at the Hollywood Dance Center in Los Angeles. However, the Canadian star’s management bowed to pressure from the agency and scrapped the auditions at the last minute – setting up fresh talks over pay. And the Alliance praised all its members for the victory. A post on the Dancer’s Alliance Myspace Internet page reads, “As of February 4th, 10:30pm Avril’s management has canceled the audition tomorrow and has opened up a new conversation with the agencies. Thanks for everyone’s support on this issue.”
