Bobby Brown spent a night in the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack, his attorney said Wednesday.

Brown had severe chest pains Tuesday night and was taken to two hospitals. He was admitted to Tarzana Regional Medical Center in the San Fernando Valley.

“This morning they did diagnose him as suffering from a mild heart attack … they attributed (it) to stress and diet,” said his attorney, Phaedra Parks, in Atlanta.

His father and brother stayed with Brown and he was released Wednesday morning in good condition, Parks said.

“He is in great spirits, he’s doing very well,” she said. “He’s speaking with family members.”

Brown thanked fans for their good wishes and hoped to make a scheduled performance Saturday in Los Angeles, his attorney said.

“He just wants the fans to know that he is definitely going to come back full speed ahead,” Parks said.

Brown, 38, lives in Southern California. He is the former husband of Whitney Houston and is seeking custody of their teenage daughter.

He also states, “I did all I could to see my daughter…I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobby Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab…I basically lived in my car.”

He concludes, “I have not seen or spoken to my daughter since early June and I have no prospect of speaking to her or seeing her anytime soon due to Whitney’s actions.”

Houston’s declaration says, “We have a daughter together and I would like him to be involved in her life… I did not talk to him about reconciliation or marriage counseling.”

Houston states “Frankly, I needed to be divorced from him so that I could get my life back on track.”

Bobby Brown has reportedly impregnated his girlfriend Karrine Steffans after telling her he’d had a vasectomy.

The R&B bad boy moved in with the video vixen-turned-author after his wife Whitney Houston filed for divorce earlier this year and now he’s about to become a dad again.

According to a report in US tabloid National Enquirer, Steffans, 28, is expecting Brown’s fifth child.

A source tells the publication, “When Karrine found out she was pregnant she was so angry because Bobby had told her he couldn’t have more kids”.

Steffans and Brown are reportedly making plans for a reality TV show focusing on their romance.
