Brooke Burke

Dancing With the Stars contestant Brooke Burke injured her foot, an ABC spokesperson confirms.

Burke, who was performing the jitterbug with partner Derek Hough during a camera blocking rehearsal Sunday afternoon, came down hard on her right foot while doing a front flip in the high-energy routine. She immediately applied ice to her foot to reduce swelling.

As a precaution, Burke was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Monday morning for further examination and X-rays. It was determined she has a severe bruise.

“She’s a little sore, but she rehearsed today and she feels ready to dance tonight,” an ABC spokesperson said.

Burke’s foot injury is the third to occur this season on Dancing. Two weeks ago, Olympic volleyball star Misty May-Treanor ruptured her Achilles tendon and was forced to withdraw from the competition. During the first week of the competition, comedian Jeffrey Ross suffered a corneal abrasion when his partner Edyta Slwinska’s hand grazed his eye.

Brooke Burke is celebrating the arrival of her fourth child, her rep has confirmed to In Touch. She gave birth to her first son – and second child with fiancé David Charvet – at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long. “Mommy and baby are both doing great and healthy,” Brooke’s rep Nancy Iannios tells In Touch exclusively. David adds, “and he’s really, really cute.”

The couple have a daughter, Heaven Rain, who was born in January 2007, and Brooke also has two girls – Neriah, 7, and Sierra, 5 – with her first husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher. Brooke and David had been hoping to add a bouncing baby boy to their family. “We’d love to have a son,” she admitted to In Touch last March. And when it comes to doting dads, she couldn’t have picked a better partner than David. “He’s very involved and protective and gentle.”

Brooke recently launched her own online babystore, www.babooshbaby.com, the home of “Tauts,” the post-pregnancy Belly Wrap. David recently filmed a starring role in the feature film Green Flash, set against the backdrop of professional beach volleyball.

With three little girls at home and another due in the spring, no wonder pregnant actress Brooke Burke feels “like a baby factory.”

“I feel like I’ve been pregnant my whole life,” Burke, 36, tells Mom Logic. “I’m excited about the fourth, but I think this is it!”

Burke’s fourth daughter will be her second with fiancé David Charvet, 35, also the father of Heaven Rain, who turns a year old Jan. 8. Neriah, 7, and Sierra, 5, are her children with ex-husband Garth Fisher. Regarding their “crazy, hippy names,” Burke laughs, “People are wondering what we are going to come up with next.”

Burke also recently launched Baboosh Baby, an eco-friendly online store, and reveals that her secret to a svelte post-baby body is a belly wrap called Taut. “You pull it super tight and Velcro it,” she says, “It feels good for all of that baby skin. I swear by it.”

Charvet, 35, has just wrapped the sports feature, Green Flash, which is due to be released at the start of the summer 2008 Olympic games. In it, the former Baywatch leading man plays a star basketball player with a future in the NBA – until he chokes in a key game.

As Burke told PEOPLE in June, she has recently designed her own version of a post-pregnancy belly wrap – to be launched soon at her own online store.

The two started dating in 2005, during Rock Star: INXS.
