Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Cris Judd is offering Kevin Federline advice on how to handle his high-profile divorce from Britney Spears.
Judd, who is also a former back-up dancer, was married to Lopez for just over a year and sympathises with Federline having to endure his split while in the spotlight.
The 37-year-old has moved on since his divorce from Lopez and is now hosting Dance Like We Do, a new reality TV competition based on the classic film Dirty Dancing.
Judd insists he knows what Federline is experiencing: “It’s difficult.
Especially going through it in public.
“It’s all about how you handle yourself. Keep your head up, you know. You have to live day by day now.”
