David Hasselhoff says that the reports claiming he was rushed to an L.A. hospital after suffering alcohol poisoning Saturday are untrue.
“Mr. Hasselhoff was at no time in the condition described in those stories,” his lawyers, Melvin Goldsman and Marci Levine, told Usmagazine.com in a statement Monday. “Mr. Hasselhoff spoke to his attorneys on Sunday and was absolutely fine.”
The former Baywatch star reportedly had a .39 blood alcohol level and was taken to Cedars-Sinai medical center after his daughter Hayley, 16, found him unconscious on the floor of his home in Encino, Calif., RadarOnline.com first reported. According to the site, his estranged ex-wife — actress Pamela Bach, who lives 10 minutes away in Hollywood — drove him to the hospital after her daughter called.
Although he did stay at the hospital overnight, Goldsman told Us that Hasselhoff was sick with possible food poisoning and only a “very slight amount” of alcohol contributing to his illness.
“Mr. Hasselhoff is both disturbed and saddened by the fact that a certain individual is disseminating grossly inaccurate stories about him to the press for ulterior motives,” his lawyers told Us.
Hasselhoff, 56, has had a history of alcohol problems, which included a home video in 2007 in which he was drunk and lying on the floor, eating a hamburger, while his daughter Taylor, 18, begged him to stop.
According to Goldsman, the star is currently feeling “great” and has been out and about Monday.

The Hoff nearly off’d himself this time!
David Hasselhoff — the former Baywatch hunk — was rushed to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical center Saturday after his distraught daughter Hayley, 16, found him unconscious on the floor of his home in Encino, California RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
For Hasselhoff, it was yet another case of alcohol poisoning and an emergency rush to the hospital to save his life.
This time the rescuer was his ex-wife actress Pamela Bach from whom he’s been bitterly estranged.
Hayley called her mom, who lives 10 minutes away in the Hollywood Hills and she rushed to the rescue and drove him to the hospital where doctors yet again saved his life.
This time the vodka-guzzling “America’s Got Talent” judge registered a staggering .39. alcohol level. Drunk driving in California is 08.
A source said a frightened Hayley kept “slapping her dad’s face” to keep him alive. “He was barely breathing when they got him at the hospital.
“He’s recovering. Pam was his bedside till 4a.m. this morning. This is about the 7th time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning. How many visits will it take before he dies?”
A source also tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Hoff has been hospitalized at least 10 times over the last few years – many unreported.

The Hoff’s house is for sale, but not for the price he preferred. Los Angeles Superior Court judge settled a dispute between David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach, putting their house on the market for $5.95 million.
Hasselhoff wanted it listed at less than $5 million; Bach thought it was worth nearly $8 million. The 10,000 square-foot spread, including two guest houses, sits on an acre and a half in Encino.
Judge Robert A. Schnider issued his ruling last week, but it was publicly released on Tuesday. Hasselhoff and Bach divorced in 2006 after 16 years of marriage.
Bach had also been seeking vacate her settlement with the former “Baywatch” star, arguing that he improperly allocated $1 million. Schnider dismissed that claim.

The Hoff’s hospitalized. Former “Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff was taken to the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center on Saturday to have something removed above his eye, his publicist, Judy Katz, told The Associated Press Monday.
“He’s fine, he had something removed, he’s coming out tonight,” Katz said, declining to elaborate on what was removed.
Rumors that Hasselhoff checked into rehab were not true, Katz said.
Hasselhoff, 55, was treated in a hospital for alcoholism in October.
Court documents released last week show Hasselhoff’s divorce settlement calls for him to pay $25,000 a month to support ex-wife Pamela Bach and their two teenage daughters. Bach and Hasselhoff share joint custody. They were married in 1989 and divorced in 2006.

David Hasselhoff has agreed to pay $25,000 a month to support his ex-wife and children. Court documents released Thursday show the former “Baywatch” star’s divorce settlement calls for him to pay $21,000 a month to ex-wife Pamela Bach and another $4,000 to support their daughters, 17-year-old Taylor and 15-year-old Hayley.
Hasselhoff and Bach have joint custody of the children.
The couple also agreed to joint ownership of their San Fernando valley home and will divide the family’s cars, bank accounts and Hasselhoff’s pensions from acting and directing guilds.
Bach and Hasselhoff divorced in 2006 after more than 16 years of marriage.

David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach have agreed on post-divorce terms that include joint custody of their teenage daughters, Hasselhoff’s attorney confirmed Tuesday.
The former “Baywatch” star and Bach were divorced in August 2006 after more than 16 years of marriage. After months of negotiating custody and financial arrangements, a deal was struck Friday, according to attorney Melvin S. Goldsman.
“I’m pleased that everything has been resolved and I’m proud of my kids, who remain strong and have exhibited dignity during this very difficult time,” Hasselhoff said in a statement released by his publicist. “We are all moving on.”
Goldsman declined to spell out the terms of the settlement concerning Bach’s request for more spousal and child support.
Improving relations between Hasselhoff, 55, and Bach, 44, led to the revised custody arrangements and his willingness to let her to stay in their San Fernando Valley home until it is sold, Goldsman said.
Under a June court order, Hasselhoff had sole custody of the couple’s daughters, Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15.
Lawyers for Bach weren’t immediately available for comment, and a message left with her publicist Tuesday was not immediately returned.
Hasselhoff’s Hissy

DAVID Hasselhoff, a judge on “America’s Got Talent,” apparently isn’t happy with the jobs he’s being offered lately. Spies at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel spotted Hasselhoff yelling and cursing at two companions at his lunch table Friday afternoon. One witness said Hasselhoff, after complaining about his career, stormed out as nearby patrons stared. Hasselhoff’s publicist Judy Katz, who famously blamed his 2006 Heathrow meltdown on antibiotics, confirmed he had lunch there with his agent, but firmly denied that any unpleasantries were exchanged.
