After dating for two years, Graham and hunky Charles Ferri, owner of the Hamptons Star Room, have called off their bicoastal romance. A source close to the two said distance was the issue. Graham was busy filming “Son of Mourning” and “Baby on Board” while Ferri was trying to manage his clubs and launch Star Vodka. “They found no time for their relationship,” the source said.

At age 37, Heather Graham has figured out simple strategies to de-stress and stay in the best shape of her life.

On the surface Heather looks like the quintessential Hollywood starlet. Tall and slender with plenty of curves, the actress is known for playing sweet , sexy roles in in such movies as Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and Boogie Nights. But get to know her and you’ll find she’s just like one of us. A self describes foodie, heather is much more likely to throw a quiet dinner party for friends in her New York City apartment than to be seen at the coolest new restaurant.

As far as “giving back,” heather supports organizations like Oxfam and Planned Parenthood, which help women in the U.S. and around the world.
Heather is a glamorous movie star who also happens to be deliciously down-to-earth.

Here are her three secrets:

Never Say Diet
The word diet doesn’t exist in Heather’s vocabulary. Her food philosophy is to eat well, eat healthy, and eat often.
“My friends laugh at me because I love to cook and I eat a lot.”

Have Workout, Will Travel
Despite her love for food, Heather is able to maintain her weight thanks to almost-daily workouts. “I started audio taping my yoga and Pilates teachers a while ago, so when I am on the road I can do the classes on my own,” she says. “Whether I am on vacation or at work, I always have my teachers with me on my iPod. No excuses!”

Stand Up For What’s Important To You
Women’s issues are at the top of the list as far as what’s important to her. “I’m big on girl power,” she says. “I’ve started a production company so I can develop films for female audiences because most movies lack a woman’s, and I have a hard time with that.”

SHE played Roller Girl in “Boogie Nights,” and now Heather Graham is playing a rocker girl in her upcoming movie, “Broken” – and she’s rocking out in a music video for the indie release’s title track. Graham, who plays a character named Hope, laid down her own vocals for “The Hanging Tree,” which premieres Oct. 2, and even used the guitar skills she learned for the picture to shoot the video.

Heather Graham’s boyfriend Charles Ferri, owner of New York club Star Lounge, left to join his girlfriend of almost a year in Belfast, Ireland, this week. Graham jetted out earlier this month for the grassy hills to start shooting her new romantic comedy, “Buy, Borrow or Steal.” One source said, “They’re so cute and so in love – they couldn’t stand to be apart for two months.” Graham plays a woman who faces early menopause and has only two weeks left to conceive.
