Heather Mills’s nanny sues for sex discrimination after ‘being forced to give her naked spray tans’

Heather Mills was said to be devastated last night after it emerged her former nanny is taking her to a tribunal alleging sex discrimination and intimidation.
Sara Trumble claims she was given duties way beyond her role as childminder to five-year-old Beatrice, Miss Mills’s daughter by Sir Paul McCartney.
She has complained she was asked to give Miss Mills naked spray tans, come to work at 7.30am to blow dry her hair, and work as late as midnight.
The nanny however, lodged a constructive dismissal claim with an employment tribunal in Ashford, Kent, last week.
The two sides now have 28 days to try to reach an agreement – and if they fail they will have to air their differences in court.
The last time Miss Mills was involved in a court case, during her divorce from Sir Paul, she poured a jug of water over the head of his divorce lawyer, Fiona Shackleton.
Miss Mills, worth £24million after her divorce, has rejected an offer to pay an out-of-court settlement to Miss Trumble.
Her spokesman said: ‘Heather is devastated that Sara, who Heather considered a part of her family, should choose to level these accusations at her. This claim will be vigorously defended.’
In a new development, a two minute YouTube video, entitled Sara Trumble: My True Story was posted on the website last night featuring Miss Trumble praising Miss Mills and her parenting skills.
Although the initial seconds of the video feature Miss Trumble speaking over footage of the news story of her recent allegations, she does not address them directly.
In the video, Miss Trumble said: ‘It drives me mad the stories that come out and they’re all lies. So many lies. You just want to shout and scream at the press and tell them that it’s just rubbish.’
A friend of Miss Trumble claims the footage was shot months ago and she is furious over the way she has been portrayed.
A close pal said: ‘Sara is absolutely fuming about that video, but it’s just the sort of stunt her ladyship pulls.
‘All Heather’s staff are ordered to film a 15-minute interview when they join, saying what a wonderful woman she is and how evil the newspapers are.
‘She has chosen a few seconds of footage from Sara’s interview and stuck them together with pictures of the story about her court case, to make it look like she’s being interviewed today.’
Despite the friend’s claims, Miss Mills’s spokesman denied his client had anything to do with the video.
He said: ‘It is patently untrue and false that Heather Mills posted a video of SaraTrumble on YouTube.’
Miss Trumble resigned in September and claims her job altered after she returned to work from maternity leave earlier this year.
She has complained to friends that she was made to work unsociable hours, including in March this year when she says she was asked to drive to Heathrow at midnight to collect Beatrice, who had flown in from the United States accompanied by a security guard.
According to a Sunday newspaper, Miss Trumble says she had to give Miss Mills weekly fake-tanning sessions.
Miss Trumble is expected to claim that she felt intimidated by Miss Mills, who demanded she keep silent about everything she saw and heard while working for her.
But a source close to Miss Mills said: ‘Heather gave Sara an awful lot of things. When Sara resigned, she got a car as a leaving present, for goodness sake. She also paid for her to have private medical treatment.
‘How does all this add up to constructive dismissal? Heather is baffled and hurt. These are unsubstantiated accusations.’
It is understood that sex discrimination and intimidation allegations have been outlined in a ’skeleton’ claim lodged with the employment tribunal.
Other complaints have not been included in the claim but could come out in evidence in open court if the dispute reaches a full hearing.
Miss Mills, 40, is expected to argue that Miss Trumble was not just a nanny but a housekeeper, and that she treated her to a car and holidays as well as allowing her to work flexitime after she became a mother.
She will also say she gave hand-me-down clothing, which no longer fitted Beatrice, to Miss Trumble’s baby, and that she took her on a £250,000 ‘thank you’ holiday for friends and staff to the Caribbean.
A source quoted in the Sunday Mirror said: ‘Heather is concerned what Sara will say – she was in the heart of the family during the last days of her marriage to Sir Paul until after the divorce was finalised.’
Miss Trumble has refused to comment on her claim.

The former model usually comes off as the evil-doer in her split from Paul McCartney. But a new song from the ex-Beatle shows he has some claws, too. In “Nothing Too Much, Just Out of Sight,” Paul berates his ex with lyrics like, “I remember you well . . . I couldn’t resist you / when I made you” and he concludes with, “You have money and no manners.” McCartney’s rant comes just two weeks after Mills received a Congressional Certificate of Merit for her work in The Bronx, where she donated $1 million of healthy food to the Hunts Point Alliance.

Heather Mills: “Listen up in the back! I haven’t been up for 24 hours and flew here from London to be ignored!”

HEATHER Mills flew into a snit the other night when guests at a party wouldn’t quiet down. Mills arrived at an East 57th Street penthouse to talk about the horrors of puppy mills and to support Jana Kohl’s animal book, “A Rare Breed of Love.” But the peg-legged nudie model quickly turned on the crowd with microphone in hand. “Listen up in the back! I haven’t been up for 24 hours and flew here from London to be ignored! I just got here one hour ago!” she ranted. She later told Page Six she was trying to make guests see how they can help. “People go to these events to have a drink and leave,” she complained.
Heather Mills And Paul McCartney Are Going To Be Neighbors

PAUL McCartney will never escape Heather Mills. The former nudie model wants a house in every city where McCartney owns one, reports Britain’s Sun. “She’s determined to carry on living the privileged life she had with Paul,” the paper says. “Wherever Paul is, she wants to be there for daughter Beatrice. And Bea should have the same life with her as with Paul. Heather says that she wants the country house, one in London, one in New York, one in LA, even one in the Hamptons.” Meanwhile, Mills has angered a former schoolmate in England, who told Page Six she’s “just one of many victims she has left along the way.” Fiona McAndrew says Mills wrote a newspaper story in 1994 that blasted McAndrew for getting breast implants for free on the National Health Service while a boy with cancer waited 10 months for bone implant surgery. McAndrew says she was “shunned in the street” after the story ran. She recently wrote to Mills, “I wonder if now you know how it feels to be publicly flogged . . . I remember you from school, that little girl who stood telling us how you had to go to London as your father was going to prison. To think I actually felt sorry for you!”

IT wasn’t just the audience that hated Heather Mills at the Miss USA Pageant over the weekend – the show’s producers couldn’t stand Paul McCartney’s one-legged ex-wife, either.
Audience members loudly booed and hissed when Mills was introduced as a judge for the show at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Vegas. But the real problem came behind the scenes, where, for three weeks prior, Mills refused to sign a contract stating the show could be rebroadcast.
“She flat out refused because of one line,” said an insider. “They went back and forth rewriting and finally threatened to pull her from it altogether. She still wouldn’t sign it because she wants to get paid if they resell the footage. Her ego is enormous, and it’s getting bigger by the minute.”
The independent contractors who booked Mills promised they’d never work with the gold-digging former nudie model again, according to our insider.
“She believed that if the show got high ratings, it would be because of her,” said our source. “She treated this like she was starring in a big-budget movie.”
Mills even hunted down pageant owner Donald Trump at a dinner at Koi right before the show, hoping to “butter him up” and get his approval to be on air. “Heather was flirting with him, and she was really working it,” said our source. “She was unprofessional, but he said, ‘Let her [go] on anyway.’ ”
Mills, one of 10 judges, eventually got her way when they adjusted the contract to suit her. She seemed unfazed by the audience’s reaction to her during the live televised event and remarked that she was moving to the United States with her 4-year-old daughter, Beatrice.
“In England, people don’t like me,” she said. “But I’m going to move to America, Los Angeles, hopefully . . . I’ll be better off in the States.” A few weeks back, Mills was spotted looking at a condo building going up on Jackson Square in Greenwich Village.
After the show, she was spotted huddling with Paris Hilton’s former publicist, Elliot Mintz, sparking rumors he may take her on as a client. “She’s very cheap; she could never afford his price,” quipped our source.
Mills’ representative, Michele Elyzabeth, declined comment.

Heather Mills Got Booed In Vegas

Never mind the boos: Heather Mills is just out to have a good time.
After the Miss USA audience booed the judge’s introduction Friday night in Las Vegas, the former Mrs. Paul McCartney let loose at a pageant afterparty at hot spot Prive.
Mills hit the dancefloor for a couple of hours and showed off some of her Dancing with the Stars moves shortly after midnight (and after a long conversation with Penthouse exec Marc Bell). At one point, Mills – who settled her $50 million divorce deal last month – grooved to the Donna Summer classic “She Works Hard for the Money.”
At 2 a.m., Mills, 40, finally left the club and retreated to her suite at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
The controversial Brit can rest assured she ended her night in Vegas with at least one fan in the States. Earlier, Miss USA pageant co-owner Donald Trump told PEOPLE: “I think America wants more Heather Mills.”

WHILE Paul McCartney was taking a break with his new love Nancy Shevell – and his peg-legged ex, Heather Mills, was looking for a New York apartment – their daughter, Beatrice, went shopping. Our spy saw the precocious 4-year-old and her nanny strolling into CPW Kids at 84th and Amsterdam early last week. Beatrice went to town picking out her own clothes and talking like an adult. Bea ended up with a dress, a Rolling Stones tee and a striped tank with lace edging.
