The effeminate comic was carried off the set of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last week after he got touchy-feely with The Donald’s sexy daughter, who wasn’t impressed. “He was touching my leg, touching my hair. It is definitely inappropriate to touch someone you don’t know,” Ivanka told us. Still she doesn’t want to be too hard on Dick: “I think he’s a comic genius, but he seems to have a few issues . . . He was in an incapacitated state.” Dick’s rep didn’t return our call.

Donald Trump’s daughter has laughed off suggestions her stern father frightens away prospective suitors, insisting he leaves his bad temper in the boardroom. Ivanka, 24, was recently linked to cycling champ Lance Armstrong, and before that she dated New York socialite James Gubelmann for three and a half years.

However, she’s confident her failed romances have nothing to do with her dad’s interrogative demeanor, insisting the business tycoon is “pretty normal.”

She says, “I don’t think he’s scarier than any other father. He doesn’t stand at the door with a shotgun, although that said, if I do introduce him to someone, he does spend about five minutes digging for information.”
