His agent, Sandy Bresler, said: “I do not comment on Jack’s personal life.” No word on whether Nicholson, 69, will be able to promote “The Departed,” the Martin Scorsese mob movie bowing Oct. 6, or whether his health will affect “The Bucket List,” due to start filming next month.
