After weeks of speculation that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were on the verge of a split, J. Lo finally put the rumors to rest in an exclusive interview with In Touch on January 11. “Every time I’m not wearing my ring, people think I’m getting divorced,” Jennifer tells In Touch. “Divorce is not — and was never — an option.” Jennifer’s close friend, Benny Medina adds that “Jennifer and Marc are committed to the future and to one another. All the rumors are just that — rumors.”

Jennifer Love Hewitt has won a restraining order against a 62-year-old man she says has been stalking her.

Court records show a judge in Burbank on Monday granted Hewitt’s request for a three-year restraining order against David Nolte. The actress stated in a court petition that Nolte recently sold his home in Colorado and moved to Los Angeles to be closer to Hewitt.

Documents also include dozens of letters allegedly sent by Nolte, describing violent and sexual fantasies involving Hewitt.

The actress wrote that she became more fearful of Nolte after he appeared at her mother’s house in late December. Court records do not indicate whether Nolte has an attorney.

Hewitt currently stars on CBS’ “The Ghost Whisperer.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony walked the red carpet together at Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards.

Lopez — who was not wearing her wedding ring — donned a mashed gold bugle beaded embroidered long draped dress by Marchesa.

The couple’s major public outing comes a month after multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly that their marriage is at a breaking point.

“They both didn’t wear their rings on purpose,” a mutual pal of the married couple of four years (who renewed their vows in October) told Us. “Nothing Jennifer does is without purpose.”

Anthony’s rep has insisted, “They are doing great.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony may have renewed their wedding vows a mere three months ago, but their rocky romance will likely bite the dust right after Valentine’s Day, says an insider.

“Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc’s show at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 14,” a friend of the couple tells us. “Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven’t been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.”

Definitely one for theatrics in arenas, J.Lo confessed her pregnancy at a sold-out show in Miami during her El Cantante tour in November 2007 and will employ the same shock value a second time around.

“They’re definitely planning a clean break in February,” the source insists.

The couple, who have been married just over four years and are the parents of 10-month-old twins Max and Esme, renewed their vows in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony back in October, but sources close to the pair say that it didn’t help, and that their relationship has been on a downward spiral in recent months. Lopez, 39, set tongues wagging when she arrived at “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” premiere in early December without her wedding or engagement rings.

Similarly, Marc, 40, has been spotted ditching his own wedding band at N.Y.C. hot spots such as Bungalow 8. He was also caught partying — bandless — with pal Eva Longoria Parker at Lavo in Las Vegas on Dec. 8.

“They were there along with Russell Crowe and his brother Bigram [Zayas]. Marc had been needing to blow off some steam for a while, and this was a good chance to do it. He was trying to be on his best behavior because there were photographers around, so he didn’t get too crazy, but he had fun without Jennifer,” a spy tells us. “Marc’s ready to move on. The fighting has been too much for him to handle lately.”

A rep for Anthony would only say that “none of the rumors are true”; a rep for Lopez didn’t respond.

Unfortunately for Jenny from the Block, this is one unfunny Valentine.

BOTH Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have recently been photographed without their wedding rings, but the marital discord apparently started much earlier. Despite the fact that the couple renewed its vows in October, a source tells Page Six that Lopez used to send her assistant on tour with Anthony while she stayed at home with their twins. “She wanted reports back so he didn’t cheat on her,” says our source. Lopez and Anthony are also reportedly selling the $8.5 million Bel Air estate where they were wed in June 2004. Lopez’s rep did not respond to a request for comment.

The new issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands tomorrow, reveals the behind-the-scenes crisis going on in Jennifer Lopez’s third marriage to Marc Anthony.

Rumors swirled that Lopez’s marriage was on the rocks after she showed up to the premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button last week without her 8-carat diamond engagement ring, wedding band – or ever present husband, Marc Anthony (who was spotted in Las Vegas sans wedding band the weekend before).

Multiple sources confirm to to Us Weekly their marriage is at a breaking point.

“They both didn’t wear their rings on purpose,” a mutual pal of the married couple of four years (who renewed their vows in October) tells Us. “Nothing Jennifer does is without purpose.”

While Anthony’s rep insists to Us, “They are doing great,” a source tells Us deep trouble has been brewing.

“He’s very, very controlling of her,” a close Anthony pal tells Us. “The skirts aren’t as short. You don’t see so much of that booty anymore.” The new Us Weekly also reports that Anthony also picks out Lopez’s clothes and keeps tabs on her phone calls.

But Lopez — who once claimed she “loved getting his opinions” — has become less interested in his approval since the birth of their 10-month-old twins, Max and Emme.

“She walks in from work, washes her hands and grabs the babies,” a longtime friend tells Us. “With him, it’s almost like, ‘Ugh, they’re crying again?’”

Another problem: Lopez — who once commanded $15 million per film — “blames Marc for her career going down the tubes,” says a mutual pal, adding that she’s bitter about the failure of their 2006 drama, El Cantante, which only grossed $7.5 million. (Her 2002 flick Maid in Manhattan earned over $94 million.)

“Jennifer looked around and said, ‘This is my life now? I’m a Long Island housewife?’” a pal says. “She hates that everything she worked for went down the tubes.”

Lopez isn’t the only one with growing resentment toward her husband. Her best friend, Leah Remini, also can’t stand him.

“It if was up to her, Leah would just break them up today,” a pal says.

Anthony has also been badmouthing his wife. One night after their tense family Thanksgiving in which the couple “didn’t sit together,” Anthony hit NYC hotspots Bungalow 8 and Marquee, where he was spotted with his hand on a woman’s thigh and overheard complaining about his wife to a group of women, “telling them, ‘She’s making me miserable,’” a source says.

His club spree didn’t stop there: The next night, he was photographed by TMZ.com partying sans wedding band with pal Eva Longoria Parker and Russell Crowe in Las Vegas. (A source says, “According to Jennifer, he didn’t cheat.”)

The pair, who hadn’t been spotted together since Oct. 23 — and the very public removal of their wedding bands — had dinner Tuesday at Beverly Hills restaurant Luau, which they left holding hands.

(Lopez is no stranger to shows of strength, though: after she and Ben Affleck called off their first wedding, they had dinner at the paparazzi-laden Ivy restaurant in L.A.)

For more details on Anthony’s creepy control issues and how they drive Lopez to tears, pick up the newest issue of Us Weekly, on stands tomorrow.

While it’s only been nine months since Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins Max and Emme, baby-bump watchers may want to keep the singer in their sights. According to In Touch Weekly, Lopez and proud papa Marc Anthony are already planning to broaden their brood.

“They were advised to wait six months after she gave birth,” a family friend revealed. “They listened to their doctor’s advice, but now they’re trying to make one more baby.”

In fact, given how well Lopez has taken to all things maternal, the insider hints that the power pair may not stop there.

“Jennifer can’t believe how much she loves motherhood,” the friend said. “Of course, she always knew she wanted to be a mom one day, but she wasn’t quite prepared for the overwhelming joy these children have given her or how it’s really cemented her relationship with Marc. She would love a full house!”

A full house? Maybe they can get a bulk deal on those diamond-encrusted rattles.

More than four years after saying “I do”, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony secretly renewed their vows in Las Vegas early Sunday morning.

Witnessed by two friends, the duo renewed the vows at Caesars Palace’s Forum Tower Penthouse at 3:15 a.m. Sunday after a night at Pure Nightclub, a rep for the hotel confirmed. The service was officiated by Rev. Steven Smith.

“It was totally a spur of the moment thing,” a source said. “They decided around 12:30 in the morning that they wanted to do it and started calling for ministers.”

The renewal ceremony comes after the couple spent the previous evening club-hopping in Las Vegas and taking in a show. Most in the city believed the couple was in the city to celebrate Anthony’s birthday from last month.

“(Marc) said they were in town for his birthday and they wanted to celebrate,” said a source who talked to the couple.

On Friday, the couple headed to LAX Nightclub and The Bank after checking out Criss Angel’s new Cirque Du Soleil show Believe – all under the guise the couple was in town celebrating Anthony’s birthday from last month.

Jennifer Lopez and Leah Remini were like a couple of high schoolers last night at Elle’s Women in Hollywood Tribute.

The two arrived hand in hand and then dashed through the predinner cocktail reception still holding hands. (A big burly bodyguard led them through the crowd, making sure no one got in their way.) As soon as they made it to their seats, they hung out like a couple of cool chicks in the cafeteria.

They talked, they giggled, and they took pics of each other with their BlackBerrys.

And it didn’t end there…

They excused themselves from their table (which included Jenny McCarthy and the emcee for the night, E!’s Chelsea Handler) at least twice to go to the loo. And yes, they walked to and from the bathroom holding hands.

Still glued to each other’s sides at the end of soiree, they spent their last few minutes there chatting with Nicole Kidman.

I know what you’re thinking: Lopez is just giving more evidence to claims that she’s become a Scientologist like Remini. Who really knows what’s going on there, but for more on the theory ya gotta read what Lopez told writer Kevin Sessums over at the Daily Beast about the controversial L. Ron Hubbard church.

OK, enough about Lopez and Remini—let’s get on to the show.

The standout for the evening had to be Jane Fonda. Looking absolutely, positively stunning, Ms. Fonda said one of the biggest reasons she and her fellow honorees showed up for the event was for the—ha!—”publicity.”

Even Fonda said she was impressed by the star power that gathered for the exclusive gala at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. The elbow-to-elbow crowd included honorees Kidman, Halle Berry, Sigourney Weaver, Anne Hathaway, Isla Fisher and Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, along with Diane Keaton, Eva Mendes, Kate Beckinsale, Sheryl Crow, Shirley MacLaine, Courteney Cox, Kerry Washington, Jennie Garth, Katharine McPhee and Cheryl Hines. Yes, there were men: David Arquette, Peter Facinelli, Chris Evans, Troy Garity and Get Smart director Peter Segal were among the very few.

While Fonda cracked that she was nervous to meet Sacha Baron Cohen “because he’s so cute,” she put all kidding aside when it came to one particular 22-year-old up-and-comer. “I got really excited about being here because there’s Kat Dennings,” Fonda cooed. “You don’t know who I’m talking about, but you will.”

Dennings stars alongside Michael Cera in the just-released romantic comedy Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist.

“That,” Dennings said of Fonda’s shout-out, “was the best moment of my life!”
