Jim Carrey may have played the Grinch, but now he’s about to be the grandpa!

The star’s 21-year-old daughter, Jane Carrey, is expecting her first child with fiancé Alex Santana, the actor’s rep, Marleah Leslie, confirms to E! News.

The actor’s only child fronts the Jane Carrey Band, and the dad-to-be goes by “Nitro” in his rock group Blood Money.
“I am very excited,” the future grandfather said. “Jane is going to be a great mom.”

Jane’s mom is the Yes Man actor’s first wife, Melissa Womer, who the thesp divorced in 1997. Carrey has dated Jenny McCarthy since December 2005.

Jim Carrey celebrated his 47th birthday with a special present: a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be part of 50 Cent’s G-Unit entourage.

The comic, along with girlfriend Jenny McCarthy, turned up at vitaminwater’s Sundance house in Park City, Utah, on Saturday to catch the rapper’s midnight performance — and made a beeline to where 50 was performing in the balcony.

“Jim and Jenny were dancing and really getting into the music, so 50 decided to bring him out to the balcony for a special rendition of ‘It’s Your Birthday’,” says our spy.

“When Fiddy told the crowd, ‘I have a very special guest for you’, everyone was floored because he had just done a duet with Robin Thicke. They thought the surprises were over. Then 50 started singing and Jim appeared, and the crowd just lost it.”

Although Carrey didn’t get on the mic, he did lip-synch while busting some ’50s-inspired moves. “Jim was bumping and grinding with Lloyd Banks,” our witness reveals, adding, “It was pandemonium in the best way.”

Carrey, in town to promote his new flick “I Love You Phillip Morris,” then retreated to a corner to catch up with Chris Rock. After some friendly banter, Chris took his turn onstage with 50’s crew. Says our spy: “50 literally stopped in the middle of a song and brought Chris out to hang and dance while he finished his set.”

Other party guests included Wesley Snipes, who spent a large portion of the evening grinding on two buxom blondes; Cuba Gooding Jr., Terrell Owens, Emma Roberts and Paris Hilton, who aimlessly wandered around the house with her new BFF Brittany Flickinger and three hulking bodyguards trailing her every move.

The heirhead then moved on to Tao at the Sundance Lift, where she partied alongside Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Anthony Kiedis, Matisyahu, Slash, Sting and Trudie Styler. “People were clamoring for pictures of Paris, while Sting wandered off completely unnoticed,” says an eyewitness, adding distastefully, “What is wrong with people?”

Jim Carrey credits girlfriend Jenny McCarthy’s son, Evan, for teaching him how to love.

As he led 8,500 people through the streets of Washington, D.C., Wednesday, hand-in-hand with his daughter, Jane, McCarthy and Evan, the actor led told PEOPLE, “He taught me how to love. And without Evan I might never have seen the greatness of Jenny’s spirit.”

Carrey added to the families, lawmakers and other activists gathered to raise awareness about toxins in vaccines that McCarthy is “the source of all that is good” in his life.

That, he explained to PEOPLE, is how he ended up on the frontline of a political movement. “Jenny’s friends would kind of hint around and say, ‘Hey, it would be kind of cool if you got involved in this,’ and I thought to myself, ‘This is just so inevitable. This just can’t not happen. If you care about the planet and about children, you have to.”

Jim Carrey is head over heels for girlfriend Jenny McCarthy. Just don’t expect to hear wedding bells any time soon.

“I’m happy with Jenny,” the Horton Hears a Who star told Britain’s Weekend magazine. “Although I probably won’t get married again. If you’ve done it twice, you really should stop doing it.” (The actor was previously married to Melissa Carrey and actress Lauren Holly.)

Carrey also offered glowing words for McCarthy’s 5-year-old son Evan, who suffers from autism.

“He’s a wonderful boy,” the 46-year-old actor – whom McCarthy has called the “autism whisperer” – said. “And he teaches me so much. I play with him in a way that makes him want to be part of the gang, and Jenny says I get him past certain fears.”

Take, for example, Evan’s aquaphobia.

“I can get him into the water,” Carrey said. “Although it took a few hours of acting like it was the greatest thing in the world to get him to do it.”

Jim Carrey shocked fans on David Letterman’s late night talk show on Monday, when he showed up in a bathrobe and then stripped naked. The comedian performed a skit pretending he’d forgotten about the switch to daylight saving time on Saturday night, and was being massaged in his hotel, when he should have been on the show.

After dashing onto the set wearing just a robe, socks and slippers, Carrey told Letterman, “I was at a spa at the hotel. I was in the middle of an incredible massage.

Then Svetlana started talking about daylight saving time. I immediately went flaccid and I ran right over here.”

He then hid behind a chair, stripped down to nothing and got dressed in clothes handed to him by an assistant called Lance.

Carrey also produced a prop gun he told the host was for scaring paparazzi photographers: “I’m not a very good shot. It’s really about the paparazzi. Once you start waving that about…”
