On tonight’s episode of WE tv’s “Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best” airing at 9pm ET/PT, Melissa Rivers is excited that her long-term boyfriend Jason is going to be included in a “Happy Hollywood Families” photo spread in a magazine. But when Jason doesn’t show up at the photo shoot, Melissa grows frustrated about the missed opportunity to include him in the Rivers family, leading to an explosive fight between the two later at home. When Joan tries to step in, she gets caught in the middle, where she doesn’t belong.

On “The Martha Stewart Show” (airs weekdays at 10 AM ET/9 AM C – same day encore airing, 2 PM ET/next day airing 1 PM ET), Joan Rivers caught up with host, Martha Stewart over a Valentine’s Day craft. While discussing the second season of her WE tv series, “Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best,” Joan dished on her experience with medicinal marijuana, her new tattoo and how she and Martha attended the same college. This episode will re-air Tuesday, February 7th at 1pm ET.

Joan sharing her experience with medicinal marijuana:
Martha Stewart: Joan actually gets down and dirty on the show. She walks on the wild side. You smoked marijuana on TV!
Joan Rivers: Medicinal, medicinal.
Martha: Do you have a prescription for marijuana?
Joan: Yes.
Martha: For what?
Joan: Nerves! [Laughs]… We had a very nervous episode and they said to me to, relax…
Martha: And where is the tattoo that you got?
Joan: … It’s on my breast so look at my ankle. [Laughs]
Martha: You really defiled your body with a tattoo?
Joan: Defiled my body? It’s defiled! [Looks down at her body]
Martha: I have not even been tempted to get a tattoo.
Joan: No, but you’re not out in California. They all walk past you on the red carpet… Angelina Jolie…
Martha: Well she is tattooed all over.
Joan: All over! She has those kids’ pictures wherever you look. She’s like a walking milk carton! [Laughs]
Martha: Some milk carton!

Joan and Martha discussing their first divorces
Martha Stewart: Was your mother around when you got divorced the first time?
Joan: Yes, and they [both her parents] were wonderful when I got divorced. My father walked in and he said ‘leave everything and just come.’ That’s a very good father
Martha: Oh, so they were nice. My mother said,’You’re such a fool.’ She wasn’t on my side
Joan: Did you keep the ring?
Martha: What ring?
Joan: Then you weren’t a fool. If there’s a ring you stay and if you leave, you swallow the ring. You give him back everything else. No man will look through poo for a diamond.

Joan and Martha discussing their college
Martha: [While putting tacks in a wooden board for a craft] The wood is very soft, don’t you think?
Joan: Whatever. I’m not going to argue with you, it’s your show. If you say the wood is soft….the wood is soft.
Martha: If it isn’t, you can tell me.
Joan: I’m not going to tell you. We went to the same college. You’re smarter than I am. [Looking at the audience] We went to the same college. I was a little ahead of her.
Martha: You were.
Joan: And Betty White was ahead of both of us, Thank God.

On Tuesday, January 31 episode of Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best? (9PM ET/PT), Melissa’s chaotic house is about to get a little too crowded when her boyfriend’s parents come for a visit. Joan shows the “in-laws” Hollywood as only Joan Rivers can – with a VIP tour of Madame Toussaud’s wax museum and an improvised “tour of the stars homes” that she makes up on the spot. As Joan’s patience begins to wane, she is desperate for a little break over a glass of wine with her friend Lynne, but Lynne has other herbal plans to get Joan relaxed.

Talk about Mama Drama – round two! This season, JOAN AND MELISSA: JOAN KNOWS BEST? digs deeper into the lives of Joan and Melissa Rivers – the funny, multi-talented mother- daughter duo, giving viewers an inside look once more at what life is really like for this entertainment dynasty of two. Joan is still Melissa’s permanent houseguest, occupying the basement and constantly invading Melissa’s turf. With the success of “Fashion Police” and their individual business ventures, both women have a lot to manage, in addition to each other! Working together, living together and playing together would probably be too much for most families, but is it for these two? They survived the first go-around but will they survive another? Smotherhood returns when season 2 of JOAN AND MELISSA: JOAN KNOWS BEST? premieres on Thursday, January 24 at 9pm ET/PT.

On this season of JOAN AND MELISSA: JOAN KNOWS BEST?, we witness family drama Rivers-style. The Rivers clan is on the move – from Joan’s uber-plush East Side apartment in Manhattan, to a deluxe suite at a Las Vegas casino where she’s headlining, to a frontier ranch in Wyoming where chaos and comedy follow. Meanwhile, back at home Melissa continues to be in a committed relationship with Jason – or as Joan bluntly puts it, she’s “still unmarried.” Now that her nanny has left, Melissa struggles to balance her career with raising her lovable 10-year-old son Cooper. With both Melissa and Joan’s lives in overdrive these days, assistant Sabrina’s sassy sister Melody has joined to help add order to this household. And this season, we meet Tony Tripoli, Joan’s head writer on their hit show “Fashion Police”, who has a “friendly rivalry” with the Rivers other stand-up comedian friend, Lynn. Also, this season, we see Joan and Melissa amongst their celebrity friends such as Perez Hilton, Jimmy Fallon, Jason Alexander and Carol Burnett.

Comedian Joan Rivers was hired and poker champ Annie Duke was fired on the final faceoff of “Celebrity Apprentice.”

Rivers beat out Duke on Sunday’s finale by planning a better fundraising gala – and, maybe, by launching better zingers at her rival.

Rivers won $250,000 for her chosen charity (God’s Love We Deliver, which brings meals to the seriously ill who are homebound). She also won sweet revenge against her bitter adversary, with whom she swapped many less-than-charitable words as the season wore on.

NBC’s over-padded three-hour broadcast eventually led to Duke being summoned to the decisive boardroom session, aired live from Manhattan’s Museum of Natural History. There, she heard the dreaded verdict from series host Donald Trump: “You’re fired.”

But before that, as she and Rivers sat across the boardroom table from Trump, the fur continued to fly.

“You are a two-faced person,” Rivers railed at Duke. “You have said I’m a cancer. You said you hoped I would die. You never said it to my face!”

“For six boardrooms,” said Duke, holding tight to her composure, “I sat here and acted professional.”

“Professional-ly,” Rivers corrected her.

“And there’s only so much a girl can take,” Duke continued.

“You’re not a girl anymore, darling,” Rivers shot back. “You’re a woman.”

Rivers and Duke were the last of 16 celebrities who started the season vying for the title of Celebrity Apprentice.

In its eighth season, “Celebrity Apprentice” has displayed remarkable stamina as a reality-show infomercial whose mission, in the form of a contest, is to plug brand names. Last week’s challenge called for the celebrity contestants to come up with the winning jingle to promote a certain brand of tuna. Sunday’s finale was built around a photography brand piggybacked onto product placement for a popular theater production.

“Celebrity Apprentice” is also dedicated to breathing new life into the brands of the celebrity participants themselves, who, as this season began, included Olympic figure skating gold medalist Scott Hamilton, comedian Andrew Dice Clay, former “Monster Garage” host Jesse James and TV personality Khloe Kardashian.

For the final task, dueling project managers Rivers and Duke were assigned to create a pre-theater party and silent auction, sponsored by Kodak, for patrons attending Cirque du Soleil’s “Wintuk.”

Project teams were composed of previously fired contestants including former football great Herschel Walker, Playboy pinup Brande Roderick, country music performer Clint Black, former NBA basketball bad boy Dennis Rodman, comedian Tom Green and TV host Melissa Rivers, reunited with her mom, Joan.

Difficulties (and enmity between the teams) spiked when Rivers tangled with the design firm that had been hired to assist both teams. The company pulled out on Rivers’ team – and Duke’s team, too.

“This woman needs to die,” Duke seethed as she tried to fix a problem she blamed on Rivers.

But now that the game is over, can the rift between them heal? In the show’s final seconds, Rivers rose to her feet and gave Duke, still seated beside her, a hug.

Joan Rivers earned the ire of female poker players when she went off on pro player Annie Duke on “Celebrity Apprentice” last week. Rivers, upset that Duke and Brande Roderick had conspired to boot daughter Melissa out of the show, screamed at Duke, “Poker players are trash, darling! Trash!” before calling her a “Nazi.” Rivers, who’s been receiving loads of irate e-mails, called us and said, “Oh, calm down! I said it about one person. How can I hate poker players? Did you ever look at the cards? Everyone knows I love queens. Poker playing is a very noble profession. A little-known fact is Florence Nightingale had to choose between nursing and cards.”
