Justin Timberlake is set to marry his long-time girlfriend Jessica Biel, according to the singer-turned-actor’s Grandmother Sadie Bomar. The rumor-mill went into overdrive last week with some sources claiming Justin had popped the question on Christmas Day, though the speculation had remained pure conjecture – until now.

Spilling the beans to website Gossip Cop.com, Grandma Timberlake gushed, “He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged”. Bomar explained how Justin asked her not to discuss the news in public “until after the holidays” and also spoke of how the family “loves Jessie”, adding, “She’s a very sweet girl”. According to People magazine, the Social Network star got down on one knee during a romantic vacation in Montana – he is said to have presented Biel with a custom-designed engagement ring. It’s not the first time that Grannie Bomar has revealed information about Justin’s private life – during a whirlwind of rumors concerning a possible breakup in 2009, she told the UK’s Daily Mail, “Jessica was keen to marry, but Justin isn’t ready.He’s busy writing new material and he works hard to be successful, he’s really focused on that. Justin does his own thing and he isn’t ready to marry just yet”. Since then, Timberlake seems to have put his music career on hold having turned his attention to movies – he was lauded for his turn as Sean Parker in David Fincher’s ‘The Social Network’ and became a leading man in thriller ‘In Time’. Just this week, Elton John personally selected Justin as his “No.1″ choice to play him in the forthcoming biopic ‘Rocketman’ – a request the 30-year-old is said to be taking “very seriously”.

Though there is no word on a specific wedding date, sources claim Justin and Jessica could tie the knot before the year’s out.

Justin Timberlake is known for spending time on the fairway, so it should come as no surprise that he’s hoping to hit a hole in one with a new golf memoir.

According to the New York Observer, in June, a literary agent sent book editors a Timberlake-penned golf book proposal.

Though the agent and a rep for the pop singer wouldn’t comment on the project to the magazine, the Observer reports the book is expected to be a memoir of Timberlake’s time on the green and his experiences playing with various competitors.

The “Cry Me A River” singer has had plenty of golfing experience. He regularly is captured by photographers zooming around various golf courses or competing in celebrity tournaments.

The shots were chilled using liquid nitrogen at minus-20 degrees celsius courtesy of Nils Noren and Dave Arnold of the French Culinary Institute. Guests dined on tequila-infused hors d’oeuvres created by “Top Chef” alums Lee Anne Wong, Sam Talbot and Hung Huynh, and mingled with chefs Christopher Lee (Aureole), Harold Dieterle (Perilla), Bradford Thompson (Bar Artisanal), Gavin Kaysen (Cafe Boulud), sportscaster Joe Buck, and Justin’s parents, Paul and Lynn Harless.

A fired manager at Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality has filed a lurid sexual discrimination suit – claiming the restaurant utterly failed to live up to its name.

It’s the second time in six months the singer’s upper East Side barbecue joint has been sued by a former employee.

In the latest legal battle, aspiring actress Alison McDaniel claims Timberlake business partners Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan are guilty of “vile and discriminatory conduct.”

McDaniel, 29, said her job as general manager became an X-rated nightmare in which she was spit on, pelted with expletives and subjected to porn.

“In at least one instance, defendants Sugarman and Kaplan viewed … pornography while in a locked room with McDaniel and made fun of her when she began crying,” the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court claims.

A publicist for Southern Hospitality had no comment. Timberlake and best friend Tracy Ayala are also named as defendants.
McDaniel alleges other female workers endured racist comments. A hostess who was fired was nicknamed “that ghetto girl at the door,” the court papers say.

McDaniel, who worked at the Second Ave. restaurant for a year, was fired after she wrote a memo complaining of the harassment, the suit claims.

Her lawyer said she did not file a complaint with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission before filing suit Thursday.
In a federal case filed in November, a busboy claimed Southern Hospitality employees weren’t getting their fair share of tips and overtime.
