A fired manager at Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality has filed a lurid sexual discrimination suit – claiming the restaurant utterly failed to live up to its name.

It’s the second time in six months the singer’s upper East Side barbecue joint has been sued by a former employee.

In the latest legal battle, aspiring actress Alison McDaniel claims Timberlake business partners Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan are guilty of “vile and discriminatory conduct.”

McDaniel, 29, said her job as general manager became an X-rated nightmare in which she was spit on, pelted with expletives and subjected to porn.

“In at least one instance, defendants Sugarman and Kaplan viewed … pornography while in a locked room with McDaniel and made fun of her when she began crying,” the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court claims.

A publicist for Southern Hospitality had no comment. Timberlake and best friend Tracy Ayala are also named as defendants.
McDaniel alleges other female workers endured racist comments. A hostess who was fired was nicknamed “that ghetto girl at the door,” the court papers say.

McDaniel, who worked at the Second Ave. restaurant for a year, was fired after she wrote a memo complaining of the harassment, the suit claims.

Her lawyer said she did not file a complaint with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission before filing suit Thursday.
In a federal case filed in November, a busboy claimed Southern Hospitality employees weren’t getting their fair share of tips and overtime.

Everyone is still buzzing about Justin Timberlake’s “Saturday Night Live” appearance this past weekend, including his girlfriend, Jessica Biel.

At a Cinema Society screening of her new movie, “Easy Virtue,” the bombshell told us, “I think he just killed it. The ‘Motherlover’ skit [where Timberlake and Andy Samberg joke about sleeping with each other's mothers] was so wrong, it had to be right.”

And what about the sketch in which Timberlake admits to bedding his ex, Britney Spears?

“I thought that was really funny,” Biel said. And no, Justin didn’t tell her about it beforehand.

“I had heard a couple of things [about the show], but I didn’t really know what it was actually going to be. It was all pretty much a surprise.”

Biel, who introduced Timberlake when he performed with musical guest Ciara, described her on-air experience as “nerve-racking. It’s a tough crowd because it’s live and it’s a big venue.”

But while the actress was happy to bask in the afterglow of her man’s performance, Timberlake himself didn’t want any attention at “Easy Virtue’s” Brooks Brothers afterparty.

Arriving with Biel, JT kept his back turned while photographers shot his girlfriend. He later did solo shots, but kept declining – politely – to pose with his lady. “He really wanted the night to be about her and her movie,” an insider told us.

While “Easy Virtue” opens nationwide in theaters soon, a smaller audience is expected for Biel’s other buzzed-about role, in “Powder Blue,” in which she plays a stripper. The reason? It’s being released straight to DVD.

“You always take that risk, that [your film] might not go anywhere. It’s rare, but it does happen,” said Biel. “It’s terrible.”
Perhaps it’s because everyone’s already seen the film’s money shot. Clips of a topless, writhing Biel pouring hot wax on herself have been circulating for months.

“I’m bothered when scenes leak,” Biel said. “It’s disappointing how people take your work, put it on the chopping block, rip it apart and judge it. I’m like, ‘Maybe you should just see the movie.’”

Or in this case, buy the DVD.

In “Easy Virtue,” Jessica Biel plays a woman whose snooty in-laws don’t like her. In real life, the family of Justin Timberlake seems to adore the actress. Two nights after partying with Justin’s father, Randy, the couple had several other relatives at the Cinema Society screening of “Easy Virtue” and the Brooks Brothers-sponsored after-party atop the Gramercy Park Hotel. Working their way through the crowd, Biel was overheard saying, “Don’t lose Grandma!”

Meet Justin Timberlake, distiller of fine tequila. That’s not his latest spoof for “Saturday Night Live” – it’s real.

Who knew the “Sexy Back” singer had a flair for both smooth moves, and smooth liquors? Experts agree – the stuff is good.
Timberlake’s new tequila, called 901, passed the sip test – and then some – among three New York tequila afficionados with very discerning tastes.

And they couldn’t have been more surprised to find themselves giving the drink high marks.

“It’s actually a really nice product,” said self-proclaimed “tequila geek” Dave Kaplan, owner of East Village speakeasy-style bar Death & Co.

“It has a nice richness to it, a full-body mouth feel, a nice finish.”

Head bartender Brian Miller agreed. “I gotta admit, I’m a little surprised,” he said. “I get some vanilla [notes] … I like that.”
Fellow bartender Joaquin Simo, dubbed the crew’s premiere tequila expert, applauded JT’s sweetness – his tequila, not, you know …

901 is great as a sipper on its own, he said, adding it would work well with “citrus, stirred drinks.”

Timberlake surprised fans in mid-March by announcing his plans to release “the smoothest tequila possible” this spring.
The spirit – named for the area code in the singer’s hometown of Memphis – is crafted from an old, non-Timberlake family recipe using 100 percent blue agave from Jalisco, Mexico.

Those details, Kaplan says, are a mark of quality that lands this $40 tequila somewhere on the spectrum between the upscale brands Herradura and El Tesoro.

But this isn’t the first time Timberlake has stepped outside his musical pursuits.

Other pet projects include his clothing line William Rast and the Manhattan restaurant Southern Hospitality.

The Timberlake name lent those efforts a bit of cache, but it the Death & Co. tasters said it could hurt his foray into the tequila biz.

“If I heard all the details and geeky talk and someone didn’t mention Justin Timberlake, I would take this very seriously,” Kaplan said. “Automatically, we have a preconceived notion of what he’s coming out with and we were wrong.”
Good thing he didn’t name the liquor “Timberlake’s Tequila” then.

“Oh yeah, without a doubt.”

The pop star, “SNL” regular guest and clothing designer has added tequila to his growing list of interests. Timberlake recently toured a Mexican distillery where he was caught on video tasting tequilas. A spokeswoman for the star confirms, “This was one of his many meetings over the last two years in development of his tequila business.”

On Monday’s premiere of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake poked fun at John Mayer (see video, above).

He imitated the way Mayer looks when he sings. “Literally his tongue takes over,” Timberlake joked.

The impersonation was all in good fun.

“I imitate stars because I love them,” Timberlake told Fallon. “How would I describe John Mayer? He sounds like if Macy Gray and Smokey Robinson, or actually, Smokey the Bear had a love child.”
