Hollywood’s on-again, off-again couple – Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson – are on yet again.

“They’re back together,” a source tells PEOPLE of the pair, who spent all of Sunday together at Wilson’s Malibu home. Also there: Hudson’s 5-year-old son Ryder.

Hudson, 29, and Wilson, 40, were most recently linked in Feb. 2008, where they appeared cozy at the Academy Awards last year. The two continued to hang out for several months – even celebrating Hudson’s birthday in Miami – before breaking up again in May 2008.

“It was a pretty bad breakup,” a friend of Wilson’s told PEOPLE at the time. “Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn’t want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him.”

The two began dating originally in Sept. 2006, after filming You, Me and Dupree together. They later split in June 2007, but remained “friends” at the time, a source told PEOPLE.

NOW that Madonna isn’t as interested in him anymore, Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez is playing the famous-faces field. He got hit on in Parrot Cay over New Year’s by Donna Karan, and last week he took Kate Hudson (above) out on a date. Our spy says they had a three-hour meal at the Lure Fishbar with friends and were very cozy. Later, A-Rod went with Hudson to the Rose Bar, where they met up with her friend Ron Burkle. Hudson, currently starring in “Bride Wars,” has been single since Lance Armstrong dumped her. Said her rep: “Kate was at Lure with a group of 10 people.”

Kate Hudson couldn’t be more thrilled for former fling Lance Armstrong, who is expecting a child with girlfriend Anna Hansen.

Asked if she’s happy for her ex, she said at Monday’s NYC Bride Wars premiere, “Of course! Oh, yeah!”

Hudson also said her new “I Do!” comedy — co-starring Anne Hathaway — hasn’t made her want to wed again. (She split from ex-husband Chris Robinson in 2006.)

“I’m a girl. I think all girls, deep down, have that fairy tale thing,” she said, adding that she already had her “dream wedding.

“I was so in love. It was such an amazing day — and it should be,” she said. “Relationships and love should be celebrated.”

As for Bride Wars, she said she didn’t draw on any personal experiences from weddings she’s been to.

“If I used some of the stories I had about weddings, this movie would be X-rated!” she joked. “I can’t even get into them!”

When it comes to tying the knot, Hudson said, “people get so stressed out, freaked out. It can really bring out the best — and the worst — of what’s to come.”

Batten down the hatches – bitch fight on the way.

It looks like Madonna has younger, blonder competition for her New York Yankee pal Alex Rodriguez.

Yes, man eater Kate Hudson – who changes boyfriends as fast as her fashion frocks – was allegedly spotted warming up to A-Rod at a glamour bash in Miami over the weekend.

The pair reportedly got to know each other rather well at the star studded opening of the new Fontainebleau Hotel.

The married sport star reportedly entertained the You, Me and Dupree actress, 29, at a private table as they watched Mariah Carey’s sing-song together on the South Beach.

Helpful spies claim: ‘Hudson had her arms completely wrapped around A-Rod’s waist and every time he leaned over to talk to anyone she would pull him back toward her.

‘They were laughing and giggling all night.’

Little wonder Aunty Madge, 50, sent along best buddy Gwyneth Paltrow to keep a watchful eye on her good friend.

Paltrow, 36, reportedly enjoyed an Italian lunch with the A-Rod, 33, at Scarpetta during the day but must have gone off duty once the show started.

SADLY for Kate Hudson, the men dressed in police uniforms who arrived at her pre-Halloween party around 1 a.m. Sunday morning were real LAPD officers. The cops came to Hudson’s Brentwood home to move her party indoors and keep the noise down for the neighbors. A source told us that the single mom “was dressed as a ’60s flight attendant” and her son, Ryder Robinson, “was nowhere in sight.” Among the guests: Courteney Cox went dressed as a witch with husband David Arquette as a warlock, Winona Ryder was a mouse, Rachel Zoe donned a flapper costume, and Cindy Crawford dolled up as Amy Winehouse. But cowboy-clad Gerard Butler was the main attraction. Our insider reports, “All the girls at the party were lining up to talk to Gerard . . . he left with two very sexy vampires.”

KATE Hudson shocked partiers Thursday night with her “nasty and rude” demeanor. Hudson arrived at the Gramercy Park Hotel for the Bravo premiere party for Rachel Zoe’s new show, “The Rachel Zoe Project,” in “an absolutely foul mood,” our spy said. “She was almost indignant waiting for a friend to arrive.” When the friend came, Hudson and pal got in an elevator headed to the rooftop party, but the actress became incensed when there were too many people around her. “In the elevator she kept screeching, ‘I’m freaking out! It’s too much!’ while waving her arms around.” When she arrived at the roof, Hudson shunned the press line, claiming, “I don’t do that,” before going into a corner and demanding a bodyguard. She perked up when Kevin Connolly came over and flirted with her, before she left for the Rose Bar. A rep for Hudson said, “This is all ridiculous and completely untrue. Kate did go to Rachel’s party to celebrate her new show, had a great time and left with the group of girlfriends she came with.”
