LeAnn Rimes isn’t looking to get unhitched.

That’s what the singer’s rep, Rhett Usry, told E! News in response to an In Touch Weekly report that claimed Rimes’ hubby, Dean Sheremet, was “distraught and heartbroken” because his missus had told him she was ready to make a break.

“Contrary to any tabloid rumors, LeAnn is not seeking a divorce,” Usry said.

So she’s probably not messing around with the guy she had dinner with last night, either.

The “How Do I Live” songstress was spotted at a Los Angeles sushi restaurant with a mystery man and another couple, but according to a witness, nothing about the duo’s behavior implied a romantic connection.

But really, Rimes should watch who she shares a meal with. She just barely finished shooting down rumors that she hooked up with her married Northern Lights costar, Eddie Cibrian, and was stalking his wife.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian kissing, holding hands — and even sucking on each other’s fingers during a March 7 date at Mosun and Club M in Laguna Beach, California.

Twenty-two seconds into the clip (watch below), Cibrian arrives at the restaurant and they walk in hand-in-hand. Then they’re seated — as seen in the center left of the frame — and proceed to hold hands (36 seconds) and kiss (1:47). At the 2:10 mark, Rimes suggestively sucks on Cibrian’s finger. They leave together shortly after.

LeAnn Rimes is having a shocking affair with her TV movie costar, Eddie Cibrian, Us Weekly reveals in its newest issue, on stands Wednesday.

Rimes, 26 — currently wed to former backup dancer Dean Sheremet — got cozy with Cirbian, 35, on the set of her March 21 Lifetime flick, Northern Lights. Cibrian was recently seen in Ugly Betty, Invasion and Samantha Who?

“From the moment we rehearsed, LeAnn and Eddie honestly developed a really strong bond and a warm relationship,” director Mike Robe told Us prior to news of the affair.

Their rapport carried off the set as well.

The new Us Weekly features pictures taken from a video security camera that show the two holding hands and kissing on a romantic dinner date at Mosun and Club M in Laguna Beach, California on March 7. Additionally, Us Weekly reports that the new couple met for a three-hour tryst at the Malibu Beach Inn on March 14.

Rimes married Sheremet seven years ago — when she was just 19 and he was 21. Cirbian tied the knot with model Brandi Glanville in 2001; they have two sons, ages 5 and 23 months.

A rep for Rimes tells Us: “We do not comment on our clients’ personal lives.”

Cirbian’s manager didn’t respond for a request for comment.

Taylor Swift may have been the big winner at Monday night’s Country Music Television Awards – but it was Snoop Dogg who stole the show.

The rapper – wearing a black cowboy hat, black duster jacket and black zip-up ankle boots – was in high demand backstage.

Swift grabbed him for photos, saying “I’m a huge fan!” At another point, he and Jason Aldean were spotted comparing cowboy boots. “Snoop said he liked my boots with the square toe and then he said I was a pimp,” boasted Aldean. “That’s got to be the ultimate compliment, when Snoop calls you a pimp.”

So what on earth was the hip-hop star doing at a country awards show? “I actually did a country song on my new album called My Medicine that was inspired by Johnny Cash,” Snoop told PEOPLE at the event. “[Country music] inspires me and it makes me feel so good hearing it, so I really wanted to come and be a part of this heritage.”

Snoop is a huge fan of the Man in Black – thanks, he says, to Cash’s “heart, his soul, his music” – but it seems he still has a bit to learn when it comes to contemporary country crooners.

In the midst of his interview with PEOPLE, the Father Hood star stopped mid-sentence to gape at LeAnn Rimes, who was posing for pictures nearby. “Wow – damn! Who is that?” he asked.

Upon learning her identity, Snoop gushed, “She is beautiful! Wow, wow, wow.”

He then turned to the 25-year-old singer and asked, “Can I meet you?” (She responded, “Nice to meet you, sir.”)

Snoop couldn’t leave before adding one last compliment: “You look like Marilyn Monroe!”
