ODD couple of the week: Mandy Moore, 27, and Matthew Perry, 38. Page Six spies were astounded last week when they saw the two on a date at Amici Trattoria in Beverly Hills. One source said, “He was already seated and waited for her for 15 minutes until she arrived. He stood up to greet her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. They were holding hands across the table and being really close and laughing a lot the whole time.” Reps for Moore and Perry didn’t return our calls or e-mails.

LILY Allen’s work-visa issues spelled trouble for Allure. After the British singer had her visa rejected for attacking a photographer last month, she informed the magazine she could no longer perform at its Best of Beauty Awards Monday night at the Rainbow Room. “It was very last minute,” a spy sniffed. Allure scrambled and found an appropriate replacement, Mandy Moore, who sang and shook her thang for the crowd. Not only did she get a fat check for her efforts, but Moore walked away with a gift bag worth $3,400 in beauty swag.

Mandy Moore has been working so hard on her new album, “Wild Hope,” she lost track of the words to her hit single, “Candy.” During a performance at Stereo on Thursday night, Moore told her audience, “I forgot the words,” and started reading the lyrics from her BlackBerry. Page Six recently reported that words to some of her new album’s songs took aim at her ex, Zach Braff. When we asked about the guys young Hollywood women should avoid, she said, “I’d never name names . . . but I’d say stay away from anyone who is too insecure or self-involved.”

Who in the world keeps the words to their songs on their Blackberry??? Strange!

Music, not movies, is where Mandy Moore’s heart is at right now. Moore, who’s dating fellow music lover DJ AM, was among the stars at Glamour magazine’s V-Day luncheon at Campanile in Los Angeles, which honored women working for peace around the globe. Moore was overheard gushing to fellow guests about her upcoming album, “I’ve been in a recording studio in Woodstock working on my music.” Spies noted she wasn’t talking up her new picture, “Because I Said So,” co-starring Diane Keaton.
