Miley Cyrus has come under fire from conservative campaigners in America after she was photographed posing suggestively with a phallic birthday cake.

The former child star hit headlines this week after pictures from her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth’s 22nd birthday party emerged online.

The snaps showed Cyrus simulating oral sex with Hemsworth’s penis-shaped chocolate cake, and the pictures have infuriated activists at the Culture and Media Institute who claim the singer/actress could have a negative influence on easily-swayed teens.

A statement from the CMI, obtained by GossipCop.com, also condemns saucy new comedy movie The Bachelorette, which stars Kirsten Dunst, Lizzy Caplan and Isla Fisher as three foul-mouthed females attending a friend’s pre-wedding party.

The statement reads, “Movies like Bachelorette and disgusting behaviour like Cyrus’ may be part of the ‘real world’ of Hollywood, where casual sex is celebrated and frequent divorce is almost a rite of passage. But it is not the real world, because in the real world, sleazy behavior has consequences.”

Miley Cyrus has dismissed rumours she’s undergone breast enhancement surgery, insisting “these babies are all mine”.

The singer/actress was snapped with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on the red carpet at the CNN Heroes event in Los Angeles on Sunday sporting a noticeably fuller figure.

Fans speculated she had boosted her breasts with a cosmetic procedure, but Cyrus is adamant she’s all natural.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, “Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!”

Miley Cyrus has found herself up in smoke – again.

A video posted on TheDaily.com shows Miley Cyrus at her “private” 19th birthday party suggesting she’s a big fan of marijuana.

The comment comes in the video after Kelly Osbourne presents her with a cake decorated with Bob Marley’s face.

“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake – you smoke way too much f—in’ weed,” the child star said.

Osbourne replied, “I thought salvia was your problem, man?”

Cyrus was caught on tape last year smoking the herb, which is legal.

According to the report, even the pop starlet’s parents — along with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, Rumer Willis and a number of dwarfs — were in the room when she made the marijuana comment.

“Everyone in the room knows she’s a pothead,” a source told The Daily.

On Twitter, Osbourne explained the whole incident was a joke.

“Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also … A JOKE!” she wrote.

She then blasted Cyrus’ “so-called friends” who would “sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone she is not!”

While she was making pot references, Cyrus uploaded a music video to her YouTube account Wednesday in support of Occupy Wall Street.

The video uses news clips from Occupy Wall Street, and features a pop song Cyrus wrote called, “It’s a Liberty Walk.”

“This is Dedicated to the thousands of people who are standing up for what they believe in,” she wrote in the post.

The “innocent” Disney tween, who’s dated much older men and posed provocatively in photos, gushes on Twitter that she’s engrossed in Ellen Hopkins’ book, “Identical,” in which twin sisters escape their troubled lives, one through sex and drugs, the other by “bingeing” [sic] and cutting herself. “It is deff. in my top 3 favorite books of all time! :) so disturbing but beautifully written,” wrote the “Han nah Montana” star.

New best friends, tour mates, or just friendly neighbors?

Diddy was seen leaving the home of Miley Cyrus last weekend, and speculation is rampant as to what the unlikely duo were doing inside her home.

There have been rumors that Diddy will make a guest appearance on her upcoming tour, while others say he was simply locked out of his house in their Toluca Lake, Calif., neighborhood.

MILEY Cyrus is jumping on the celebrity-designer bandwagon. The “Hannah Montana” star is pairing up with BCBG Max Azria to create a line for Wal-Mart, according to Women’s Wear Daily. The collection, to be called Miley Cyrus & Max Azria, will feature T-shirts, shoes and pants for less than $20 each. Cyrus will also wear BCBG this summer during her “Breakout” tour, conveniently sponsored by Wal-Mart.

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for boyfriend Justin Gaston: She wants to get back together with her ex, Nick Jonas.

Although the 16-year-old “Hannah Montana” star has been dating 20-year-old underwear model/musician Gaston for nearly eight months, an insider says her heart belongs to first love Jonas. And the two — who split in 2007 — have found it impossible to stay apart from one another.
“Miley and Nick want to get back together,” our source tells us. “Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

When the two were photographed together on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley laughed off rumors of a romance, using the “just friends” chestnut.

But do friends kiss and cuddle? When the two get together these days, their relationship hardly seems platonic. Says our insider, “Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

According to the snitch, the couple is “very sweet together,” but they do have their squabbles — especially when it comes to telling Justin the truth. The source says Miley even turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!”

Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.”

Clearly, the two are MFEO (made for each other, in teenspeak). Miley recently told Ryan Seacrest, “Me and Nick … talk all the time and he is one my best friends. We really love each other, and I am happy we have been able to stay such good friends.”

But our snitch insists that the tween stars’ relationship has gone way beyond friendship. Says the insider: “I think Miley and Nick are definitely in the process of rekindling their romance.”

Nick’s rep told us, “We have no comment on our client’s personal life.” Miley’s flack didn’t respond by deadline.

It’s probably safe to say there are no Kids’ Choice Awards in Jamie Foxx’s immediate future.

After taking a call on his Sirius satellite radio show The Foxxhole Sunday, the Oscar winner and his zoo crew lashed out at tween dream and reigning box-office champ Miley Cyrus, referring to the 16-year-old as a “little white bitch” and advising her to alternately “do some heroin” and “make a sex tape and grow up.”

The 41-year-old’s foul outburst was prompted by a caller to the show who brought up a month-old story in which Cyrus pledged to “ruin” Radiohead after the rockers rejected a request to meet with the Disney star backstage at the Grammys.

“Who is Miley Cyrus?” an incredulous Foxx, who has a teenage daughter of his own, said. “The one with all the gums? She gotta get a gum transplant…S–t.”

The insults didn’t stop there. Or get less personal.

“She’s gonna ruin Radiohead’s career? The same Radiohead that gets paid a million dollars just to sample their songs?

“Make a sex tape and grow up,” he continued. “Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian and get some crack in your pipe. Catch chlamydia on a bicycle seat.

“That’s what I want.”

Just as long as he doesn’t also want a young female audience to turn up for his next film.

Neither Cyrus nor Foxx has yet to directly address the rant, though the Hannah Montana star posted a suddenly relevant message to her Twitter page last night.

“If you cant say something nice dont say anything at all,” she wrote.

A rep for Foxx, meanwhile, said a statement would be forthcoming, but cautioned fans from taking the actor’s words too seriously.
“I’m sure you’re aware,” the publicist tells E! News, “that Jamie’s show is a comedy.”
