Miley Cyrus has some bad news for boyfriend Justin Gaston: She wants to get back together with her ex, Nick Jonas.

Although the 16-year-old “Hannah Montana” star has been dating 20-year-old underwear model/musician Gaston for nearly eight months, an insider says her heart belongs to first love Jonas. And the two — who split in 2007 — have found it impossible to stay apart from one another.
“Miley and Nick want to get back together,” our source tells us. “Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

When the two were photographed together on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley laughed off rumors of a romance, using the “just friends” chestnut.

But do friends kiss and cuddle? When the two get together these days, their relationship hardly seems platonic. Says our insider, “Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

According to the snitch, the couple is “very sweet together,” but they do have their squabbles — especially when it comes to telling Justin the truth. The source says Miley even turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!”

Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.”

Clearly, the two are MFEO (made for each other, in teenspeak). Miley recently told Ryan Seacrest, “Me and Nick … talk all the time and he is one my best friends. We really love each other, and I am happy we have been able to stay such good friends.”

But our snitch insists that the tween stars’ relationship has gone way beyond friendship. Says the insider: “I think Miley and Nick are definitely in the process of rekindling their romance.”

Nick’s rep told us, “We have no comment on our client’s personal life.” Miley’s flack didn’t respond by deadline.

It’s probably safe to say there are no Kids’ Choice Awards in Jamie Foxx’s immediate future.

After taking a call on his Sirius satellite radio show The Foxxhole Sunday, the Oscar winner and his zoo crew lashed out at tween dream and reigning box-office champ Miley Cyrus, referring to the 16-year-old as a “little white bitch” and advising her to alternately “do some heroin” and “make a sex tape and grow up.”

The 41-year-old’s foul outburst was prompted by a caller to the show who brought up a month-old story in which Cyrus pledged to “ruin” Radiohead after the rockers rejected a request to meet with the Disney star backstage at the Grammys.

“Who is Miley Cyrus?” an incredulous Foxx, who has a teenage daughter of his own, said. “The one with all the gums? She gotta get a gum transplant…S–t.”

The insults didn’t stop there. Or get less personal.

“She’s gonna ruin Radiohead’s career? The same Radiohead that gets paid a million dollars just to sample their songs?

“Make a sex tape and grow up,” he continued. “Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian and get some crack in your pipe. Catch chlamydia on a bicycle seat.

“That’s what I want.”

Just as long as he doesn’t also want a young female audience to turn up for his next film.

Neither Cyrus nor Foxx has yet to directly address the rant, though the Hannah Montana star posted a suddenly relevant message to her Twitter page last night.

“If you cant say something nice dont say anything at all,” she wrote.

A rep for Foxx, meanwhile, said a statement would be forthcoming, but cautioned fans from taking the actor’s words too seriously.
“I’m sure you’re aware,” the publicist tells E! News, “that Jamie’s show is a comedy.”

In an interview with teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus Thursday, Ryan poked fun at her 20 year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston.

“Did Justin get permission to date you?” asked Ryan. “Yeah, well actually my dad introduced us” Miley quickly responded.

When asked if she thinks she’ll marry Justin Gaston, Miley slyly replied, “If he gets a pretty ring.”

Miley also admitted to briefly dating co-star Lucas Till prior to dating Justin Gaston.

MILEY Cyrus (above) says she’s not ready to move in with her 20-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, because “I get annoyed really easily.” The 16-year-old star of “Hannah Montana” told Detroit’s “Mojo in the Morning” show on WKQI: “I love him to death . . . but no . . . [Justin] is so smart, but just like, everything has to, like, go where it’s supposed to go and if it doesn’t, I get like really frustrated.” Also, we’re pretty sure Disney would frown upon that roommate situation.

Miley Cyrus has a heart condition but don’t worry, it isn’t life-threatening.

Cyrus has tachycardia, meaning that her heart rate exceeds the range of a normal resting heart rate. “The type of tachycardia I have isn’t dangerous. It won’t hurt me, but it does bother me. There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart,” the “Hannah Montana” starlet scribes in her new autobiography, “Miles to Go.”

The Disney star also dedicates an entire chapter in the tome to “Prince Charming” — whom she won’t name but is clearly Nick Jonas. She reveals that she wooed her first love by recommending they sing a duet from “The Jungle Book” together. When their relationship bit the dust she penned “7 Things I Hate About You” in his honor.

Finally, the actress-singer touches on her status as a wholesome influence. “I try to be a good role model,” she writes, “and that’s why I think it’s too bad that lots of people hope to make money off my mistakes.”

Miley Cyrus turned 16 last month and the teen sensation made it crystal clear — she wanted a car. “Extra” caught up with Miley on the set of Disney’s “Hannah Montana” — and her birthday wish came true! “I do have a car. I took my mom’s old car,” she revealed. “I didn’t get the one I wanted, but I got the old car which wasn’t so bad because it was a Porsche… It was a pretty good hand me down.”

Cyrus was nominated for two Golden Globes this morning — how did the “Hannah Montana” star get the news? Miley said, “I got a text from four different people… I was like ‘Holy Moly!’ It’s good because people will take me a little more seriously.”

Who will the first time nominee take as her date? Miley will have a guy on each arm! “I’m so cool, I get two dates. I’m going to have one which is going to be John Travolta. That’s a big date. Two is Jeffrey Steele because we wrote [the song] together.”

Miley Cyrus is returning to Houston for another concert. But these tickets won’t be going for four-figure prices on Ebay.

Tweendom’s reigning queen is the star performer at the Lanier Law Firm’s “Christmas Cheers and Charity” party. The annual event will be held next month at the ranch home of Houston lawyer Mark Lanier and his wife, Becky.

The family-friendly extravaganza boasts “Texas Bar-B-Q, fajitas and amusements” on the colorful invitation, which includes a pop-up Cyrus sharing the stage with a guitar-wielding Santa and singing elves.

“We do have limited room. We’d love to be able to invite the world, but we can’t,” said Mark Lanier.

“We’re excited.”

Lucky guests (and their kids) likely are, too. The well-known attorney estimates a crowd of 7,000-8,000 for the event, which was organized by wife Becky. (No party planner needed, he says.) She starts working on invitations in January and kicks into high gear in May. From the entertainment down to the smallest details, this annual event is no ordinary Christmas party. Last year’s invite was an oversized Santa snow globe.

The high-wattage affair benefits Guatemala SANA, an organization started by Guatemalan vice-president Rafael Espada, a former doctor at the Methodist DeBakey Heart Center and a longtime Lanier family friend. Espada was also a professor at Baylor College of Medicine.

Guatemala SANA battles poverty and education woes in the country, which the Laniers have visited “dozens of times” in the past 15 years on charity missions.
“We’re trying to get them clean water. We’re trying to get them good schools. And we’re trying to give them the supplies they need to get an education,” Lanier said.

Indeed, this year’s invitation includes a wish list of supplies, ranging from backpacks, glue sticks and construction paper to monetary contributions for raincoats ($20), blackboards ($47) and septic tanks ($4,000).

But back to Cyrus. No word on how long the Hannah Montana star will be on stage or what she’s charging. Or if non-boyfriend (and former underwear model) Justin Gaston will show up.

Cyrus was last here in March, for her second sold-out RodeoHouston performance. It drew a record-breaking 73,459 fans — just trumping the 73,291 who squealed through the 2007 show. In total, Cyrus played four Houston shows in less than 18 months, including sets at Reliant Arena and Toyota Center.
Top-tier entertainment, then, requires strict security measures. Guests will only be admitted with personalized wristbands and an ID.

“It’s great to see all these people happy,” Lanier said. “It also brings out the bulldog in us. You’d be amazed at how many people try to crash the event.”
Past party entertainers include Brooks & Dunn (2007), Dolly Parton (2005), Reba McEntire (2004), Diana Ross (2000), Johnny Cash (1995) and the Dixie Chicks (1993). Most holiday parties make do with dad dressed as Santa.

Cyrus, however, definitely kicks things up a notch. CelebrityAccess.com, a database featuring artist contacts and performance fees, lists Cyrus’ as netting $200,000-$500,000 per show during her Best of Both Worlds Tour.

“With her exploding even bigger this year, I would say the price likely doubled,” says John Escamilla, booking agent for the Meridian. “They likely paid top dollar.”

No need to grieve, tweens: Miley Cyrus is not dead.

The “Hannah Montana” star, who is alive and well, was the victim of an Internet hoax over the weekend when someone hacked into her YouTube account and posted a video alleging she’d been killed by a drunken driver.

The video, which has been taken down, had a fake message from Cyrus pal Mandy Jiroux, who swiftly denied the rumor in a posting on her official MySpace page.

Wrote Jiroux: “MILEY IS OK!! Some1 hacked our youtube account.”

More proof: The Associated Press interviewed Cyrus at the Los Angeles junket for the Disney animated film “Bolt” on Sunday night. She voices a 12-year-old TV actress in the movie, which hits theaters Nov. 21.

While Star Magazine claims Miley Cyrus is on the prowl for her own apartment, according to the National Enquirer, the 15-year-old and her 20-year-old boytoy, Justin Gaston, are already living together!

Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus are reportedly so taken with the young underwear model they’ve allowed him to move into the family’s California home.

Justin is also keeping an apartment, but has spent most nights in the Cyrus house, the tab writes.

“Justin is the guy Miley’s parents see her settling down with a few years down the line,” a snitch blabs. “He’s handsome, talented, clean-living, goes to church and knows his Bible-a real catch.”

The insider adds: “Billy Ray wasn’t born yesterday. He figures the safest path to take is to keep Miley and Justin on a short leash-and under the same roof.”
