Minnie is a mommy!

Her rep confirms Usmagazine.com’s exclusive report that the British-born actress, 38, has welcomed her first child, a baby boy.

Henry Story Drive — who weighed 9 lbs., 12 oz. — was born Friday in Los Angeles.

Driver has refused to reveal the father’s identity, but has denied it is San Francisco musician Craig Zolezzi.

The baby’s father is English and “sort of in the same business,” she told the U.K.’s Independent in May. (She also revealed that they have no plans to wed in the “near future.”)

The actress revealed she was pregnant in March on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno after Leno joked that it looked like she had gained weight.

Driver told Leno that she loved being pregnant, “more than anything else,” but admitted, “I am sick.”

“I don’t know why they call it morning sickness,” she said. “I am sick morning, noon and night, but it’s a fair trade-off.”

In April, she told Us she hasn’t “wanted to eat as much food as I think I want to eat! I’m not as hungry as everyone told me I’d be.”

Driver — who did not know the baby’s gender while pregnant — has said she wanted to give birth naturally.

“I’m totally the crunchy, Mother Earth-type, and I’m not looking for any type of intervention,” she has said. “So I’m afraid.”

During the last few weeks of her pregnancy, she said she was playing guitar for the baby.

“I think it likes it,” she said. “It moves around a lot.”

She recently filmed the aptly-titled comedy Motherhood, due out next year, with Uma Thurman.

The other day, caterer Serena Bass brought Driver, who’s her niece, for dinner at Brasserie Cognac, where owner Vittorio Assaf was impressed with her seven-month baby bump. Minnie won’t reveal the father. Her sister Kate, who’s wed to “Narnia” producer Matthew Stillman, is also pregnant.

She’s spent months keeping the identity of the father of her unborn baby under wraps, but Minnie Driver’s closely-guarded secret may finally be out.

A source close to the actress has reportedly revealed that the man in question is Craig Zolezzi, a musician who Driver has been seeing for some time.

“They’ve been dating under the radar for more than a year,” the source told US celebrity magazine Life and Style.

“I think they made it exclusive when Minnie found out she was pregnant.

“She’s telling friends she couldn’t be happier that they’re going to have a baby!”

Driver revealed her pregnancy during an interview on US chat show Tonight Show with Jay Leno but kept mum about who the father was.

“I figure, I’m the public person, and he can stay private.” She said.

The 38-year-old – who is currently starring alongside Eddie Izzard in US series The Riches – is thought to be expecting a baby girl and is due to give birth in August:

“She wasn’t planning to find out the baby’s sex in advance, but she has a feeling it’s a girl, so she’s going with that feeling for now.” The source said.

Zolezzi already has a son, Caden, from a previous relationship.

Driver – who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in Good Will Hunting – has previously been linked to John Cusack, Matt Damon (who famously dumped her on The Oprah Winfrey Show) and illusionist Criss Angel.

he was engaged to No Country for Old Men star Josh Brolin in 2001.

Driver launched a music career four years ago and released her second album Seastories last summer, she is currently touring Europe, Hawaii and LA to promote it.

However she is keeping her diary free during the months leading up to the birth free to fit in some well-deserved rest and relaxation.

“I’m just going to have the summer to be fat and happy,” she said recently.

Minnie Driver is expecting her first child, joking her morning sickness is so bad it actually occurs “morning, noon and night.”

Driver, 38, revealed her pregnancy Thursday on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno after Leno quipped that it looked like she had gained weight from too many trips to the Hometown Buffet.

“Are you calling me fat? You’ve noticed my tummy, haven’t you?” Driver asked.

“Are you pregnant?” Leno asked.

“Yes, I am,” the actress said.

Driver said that she loves being pregnant, “more than anything else,” but acknowledged, “I am sick.”

The British-born, Emmy-nominated actress did not say who the father was.

She dated her Good Will Hunting costar Matt Damon in the late 1990s, then was engaged to Josh Brolin in 2001 and was linked last year to illusionist Criss Angel.

When her second album, Seastories, was released last summer, she told PEOPLE, “Much of this album is about someone who I loved very much and still have a great, wonderful friendship with even though it didn’t work out.”

She did not identify specifically who that inspiration might have been.

A spy at Crewcuts, the J.Crew store for children on Prince Street, reports, “Minnie came in and bought clothes for a baby girl and was overheard talking about her pregnancy and how she hasn’t been feeling well.”
