ROBBIE WILLIAMS has been seen walking around the streets of Los Angeles in a gorilla costume.
The Angels star sported the outfit with a large pair of black sunglasses, which has led to speculation about the singer’s state of mind.
He purchased the outfit for $60 from a Hollywood fancy dress store before heading out onto the streets – reportedly the first time he has ventured out of his mansion for three months.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Robbie’s friend Tara Palmer-Tomkinson said: “Of course I’m worried for Robbie.
“He’s a genius and when you’re that smart and have been in the public eye for so long, you want to escape.”
The former TAKE THAT star recently claimed he saw a UFO flying over a Californian hotel he was staying in.
According to the Sun, it was his obsession with aliens that led to the singer’s split from his girlfriend Ayda Field.

In an interview with Britain’s The Sun newspaper, Robbie Williams says he has an up-and-down relationship with drugs. The former member of British pop sensation “Take That” admits he thinks taking drugs makes life more interesting.
The former member of British pop sensation “Take That” has confessed that, despite avoiding alcohol and drugs for six years, he still has an addictive nature and finds it difficult to live without drugs.
In the newspaper interview, he says, “I’m still addicted to everything-if I play two games of table tennis, I’ll be addicted to that.”
“I’m cut between being a druggie and a professional athlete. I hate drugs, I love drugs. They haven’t invented a new one that’s not bad for you or less depressing than Ecstasy, or one that makes you less paranoid than coke.”
“As depressing and heartbreaking as it is, as soul destroying and relationship destroying as it is, it makes life f***ing interesting.”
The singer-who is currently on the road with his “Close Encounters” world tour-also admitted he has no desire to get married because he could never be monogamous.
“I won’t be fit to marry for another ten years-just look at my life!” he added.
“For the first two of three years of my sobriety I was desperate to be in a relationship because I thought it would fix me. But if you’re in a relationship you have to keep your **** in you pants-and I’d struggle with that. Now I don’t want one. I look at every relationship and think, ‘What’s in it for me?”
You know you are really fried when you think drugs are a good thing…
