Former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and estranged wife Shanna Moakler have sparked rumors they’re reconciling after a string of romantic dates. The couple announced they were separating last summer and has been involved in a series of public spats – with Moakler getting into fight with Paris Hilton after learning the hotel heiress had hooked up with Barker.

However, they seemed to have patched up their differences after the couple visited Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Saturday. According to PerezHilton.com, they were accompanied by a few friends, but seemed to be enjoying a romantic date.

A source says, “They were holding hands as they walked throughout the park. They looked very much in love.”

The couple hit the town once again on Sunday night, where they were seen cuddling at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s bar.

Moakler, who’s in a nasty divorce from the Blink 182 drummer and her VH1 “Meet the Barkers” co-star, told partiers at the Skyy Vodka and Maxim Hot 100 party at Stone Rose in L.A. that she and her “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Jesse DeSoto, are dating. The show also paired up real-life lovers Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff, who also attended the party along with Rosario Dawson’s ex, Jason Lewis (seen making out with a hot blonde) Michael Vartan and Macy Gray.

The Los Angeles Police Department has completed an investigation into the brawl between Paris Hilton and Shanna Moakler last month and turned the case over to the La City Attorney’s office, who will decide if charges are to be filed.

The pair were involved in a scuffle at Hyde nightclub in Hollywood, which ended with both parties filing police reports.

The Stars Are Blind singer claims former Miss USA Moakler hit her in the jaw, while Moakler alleges that Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, pushed her down a flight of stairs.

The Lapd referred the case to the City Attorney’s office on Tuesday and they are now deciding whether to file misdemeanour battery charges against Moakler and Niarchos, according to entertainment news website Tmz.com.

The feud between Hilton and Moakler was triggered by Hilton’s relationship with former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, who is Moakler’s estranged husband.

Days before the incident, Hilton, who is a former friend of Moakler’s, was videotaped passionately kissing Barker at a New York City nightclub.

Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has slammed his estranged wife Shanna Moakler for throwing a party in Las Vegas, Nevada tomorrow to celebrate the couple’s divorce.

The pair starred in the MTV reality show Meet The Barkers before announcing their split in August.

On Barker’s MySpace.com webpage, he writes, “Shanna is having a divorce party for herself in celebration of our failed marriage apparently.

“This is the same wife that emailed me to tell me she would be sleeping with her new boyfriend in my bed the day of our anniversary two days ago, so this doesn’t come as a shock.

“It saddens me people and even brings on the urge to puke, hope it does you as well.

“I’m gonna say a long prayer for her, she needs it. There isn’t a part of Shanna and I and the fact that our marriage failed that I could be celebrating or happy about even after all of this time it was our family.

Shanna Moakler insists she didn’t punch Paris Hilton in the face at an L.A. nightclub last week, but it doesn’t mean the former Miss USA likes the celebutard heiress. “I don’t think she’s a good person. She makes a lot of money pulling these stunts in the media, and I want nothing to do with it,” Moakler told Page Six yesterday. “I’m not the one getting DUIs. I’m not the one in police stations. It’s all juvenile and stupid.”
