ROCK stars get older, but their groupies hardly age. According to insiders, Tommy Lee (above), 46, is getting frisky with sultry punk rocker and former MTV reality show contestant Natasha Komis, 24. “Natasha was backstage with Tommy at the Motley Crue concert” at Madison Square Garden the other night, said an eyewitness. “Tommy had kegs of Jagermeister everywhere, and Natasha was all over him. She was following him around like a puppy dog.” A spokesperson for Lee could not be reached.

And you thought Demi and Bruce were amicable exes.

Pam Anderson tells the Associated Press that she is still shacking up with ex Tommy Lee – but insists they’re not back on.

“We’re great friends,” the 41-year-old actress says. “We just live together. And we’re ex-husband and wife.

“It’s kinda silly,” she admits. “I don’t know where that’s gonna go.”

The former Baywatch star is staying at Lee’s Calabasas, Calif., home with their sons Dylan, 10, and Brandon, 12, while her Malibu home is under construction. The couple split in 1998.

“The dream would be that all of us could really be together, but we’re better friends,” she says.

Anderson, who was also briefly married to Kid Rock and Rick Salomon, says she isn’t concerned about how she’ll be portrayed on her new E! reality show, Pam: Girl on the Loose, which premieres August 3.

“I’m not worried about cleaning up my image,” she says. “You know how you do things, and you don’t really know why you’re doing them until the end? I don’t know why I’m doing this yet.

“I just know I’m an exhibitionist,” she explains. “Some people are afraid to be found. I’m afraid not to be found. It’s one of those weird opportunities. And it was an incredible deal.”

She also revealed she is supporting Barack Obama in the upcoming election.

“I love him,” she says of the Democratic presidential hopeful. “I think he’s going to win. I like that he’s opening up conversations all over the world. I think he’s smart and charismatic.”

We visited Mötley Crüe in their Hollywood rehearsal studio yesterday as they prepped for their summer CrueFest tour. Yes, they rocked, and we’ll have a full report in the next issue of Rolling Stone, but because you’re our pals, we thought you’d want to know one bit of news right away: “Pamela and the kids have moved in with me,” said a beaming Tommy Lee(speaking, of course, of his ex-wife and sex-tape costar Pamela Anderson and their two sons, Brandon and Dylan). “It’s awesome, man. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces — they’re happy when we’re together.” Let’s hope those crazy lovebirds keep it together this time. As Lee told us, “We’ve only given it a try 800 times — 801, here we go.”

Tommy Lee rolled up with sidekick DJ Aero to the Club World Awards in Miami Wednesday. Sources say Lee was “a complete diva,” demanding “bottle service, a private table and detailed security,” but never even got onstage to present the award for the best nightclub sound system. Instead, Lee left after 20 minutes looking “pale and sweaty.” Our spy added, “He wanted to bolster his new deejaying career, but just acted like a rock star the entire time.”

TOMMY Lee has added to his repertoire of tattoos, and the former Motley Crue drummer (and ex-husband of Pamela Anderson) decided to break a world record while he was at it. On Tuesday, Lee was flown to the Winter Music Conference in Miami by Revolution Air and had tattoo artist Mario Barth ink an image of a large peacock on his skin during the flight – thereby making Barth, according to Guinness World Records, the first to create a tattoo at such a high altitude.
