Our favorite imported athlete is also a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, and took time out of his busy existence to visit Sierra Leone in west Africa to call attention to issues of child and maternal survival in the former British colony. David smiled as he greeted children and families in the area and, of course, managed to squeeze in a little impromptu soccer match!
