The former “Numb3rs” star played a teacher’s assistant who sleeps with Duchovny’s character on “Californication.” Farr tells Marie Claire that the role forced her to dress up and put more effort into her appearance — which ended up benefitting her entertainment-executive husband, Seung Yong Chung.
“And if I ever win an Emmy for my work on ‘Californication,’ ” she jokes, “I’ll open my speech with, ‘I’d like to thank the cast, the crew, and David Duchovny for inspiring me to have sex with my husband again.’ ”
