This is the Billy Gordon Theory. Billy Gordon is one of my co-workers. He had a GREAT take on the Anna Nicole Smith tragedy that really got me thinking.
Is Anna Nicole Smith faking amnesia because SHE herself gave young Daniel the fatal drugs that killed him?
Let’s think about this for a second. I loved the Anna Nicole Smith show as much as anyone, but come on folks; she was either drunk or stoned in EVERY single episode! She was always slurring her words and acting strange. Suddenly she loses a ton of weight. Was that Trim Spa or some other form of illegal speed? hummm….
I think that the night Daniel died this is what happened. Daniel flew in from Los Angeles to Bermuda. When he got there he was probably exhausted. Just having had a cesarean section I’m sure she had access to some good pain killers or some type of narcotic. She probably asked the nurse for a dose …. or better yet had her lawyer Howard Stern cough up her stash and gave him something to help him rest….not thinking that Daniel was taking anti-depressants. Perhaps the two drugs didn’t mix. Perhaps she gave him too much of the drug and he stopped breathing. When she herself came to from passing out in a drug induced stupor she woke up and found him dead or dying. She panicked. How could she ever forgive herself for accidentally killing the love of her life…her only son. She tries to perform CPR long after he is dead…then has to be drugged so heavily that she doesn’t even recall what happened…
That’s one of many possibilities…and who knows what really happened. I love Anna…my heart goes out to her…but it’s something to think about.

anna nicole was high on painkillers in the last interview,4days before her death.I believe she had been on a methadone maitanence program for some time. It is very important that people understand that her son did NOT O.D. His tox screen showed very,very LOW levels of methadone,and 2 types of anti-depressants.I think he might of had a massive allergic reaction to a medication or perhaps something else.They made a huge mistake by not containing the area,that might have held more evidence.It should have been investigated like a crime until proven otherwise.Now anna too,sad.
2 things bother me,why didn’t the nurse start CPR,asap.Her bodygaurd did when he found no pulse,the nurse did nothing for 5-7 minutes. Also that lawyer just gives me bad vibes,mabye the son was an accident and he spoon fed anna large amounts of “drugstore dope” to keep her comfortable and then watched her self distruct. what ever happened to grief therapy? If he cared soooo.. much for her why did he watch her spiral out of control!!!! there are many ways to kill someone.what a greedy piece of sh#t!!!!
I too agree that Anna Nicole Smith’s lawyer/boyfriend seems to have this type of demeanor that rediates out a negative vibe about him. For some reason I can’t help but feel every time I see his picture on the news that he may have had something to do with the deaths of both Anna Nicole Smith and her son, coincidental that he was around both times? don’t think so. I thin k he should be considered a “person of interest” on both deaths.
I agree with Margaret Guiraud, H.K.Stern is something to worry about..
He was present at both deaths and is the only one alive.. 2 people
are dead in his watch.. I saw videos of him hugging Anna’s baby
today.. his rough bearded cheek against the baby skin alone is reckless… you don’t rub against a baby’s skin like that.. it causes
skin burns and I noticed 2 pink spots on her head… was he rubbing
his dark beard agaist her head too? He holds the baby straight up
and feeds her a bottle.. not a way to treat a 5 month old.. he can
have his mother, his sister and brother talk about how he is the
father all he wants.. but I can see the real father cringing at this nightmare video.. the baby does not look like him either..
look at all the big noses in his family .. they are not beautiful
like Anna’s baby… only in his dreams! Someone in the legal
system should take the baby to a well cared for source until they
sort out the mess… I worry about the baby in his terrible care
like Anna and Daniel.. his brother said he loved him like a father
and big brother… wow! I don’t want a father or brother like that
someone who would let me die of meds I should not be taking! And
why wasn’t he on top of what Anna was taking? He a caretaker of
a baby… I pray to God someone wises up to this guy before another
tradgedy.. that poor child has a right to live… with a good
solid parent.. the REAL parent not the fake Howard.
The lawyer isn’t the bad guy here I actually think he might be the good guy. My beleif is that she faked her death and now I think maybe the son isn’t dead either both were found dead not dying and with anna’s fluctauting weight and facial apperance it would be very easy for her to pull it off. She and her son both died in places where conventional U.S. Law does not apply, Anna on an Indian Reservation and her son in the Bahamas. I think her Lawyer planned all this to ensure she got her money from the Marshall family because she was granted another trial which I believe would be the third time this will be disputed in court and probably Anna’s last chance at gettting the money. to cut this short I think she faked her death so she wouldn’t have to testify at the trial because we all know that she probably doesn’t make the best witness on the stand and surely doesn’t appeal well to jurours. And also with her and Marshall’s son now dead the proceedings might go a lot smoother and quicker.
