Heidi Montag showed off a new look on Saturday, the day after undergoing a lip enhancement procedure.
The 21-year-old Hills star joined boyfriend Spencer Pratt and his sister Stephanie for dinner in Brentwood. (“I’m in it for the long haul,” Montag recently told Us of their relationship.)
In other Hills news, Lauren Conrad reunited with her ex, Stephen Colletti. They were seen making out on Saturday night.
