HOLLY Madison is smarter than she looks. The buxom blonde who recently escaped from Hugh Hefner’s stable sounded like a campaign strategist as she gushed about Barack Obama at the Chickipedia.com launch party at Hollywood’s S Bar. When she heard her girlfriend from LA had an absentee ballot in Nevada, Holly squealed, “California doesn’t need your Obama vote, as we are going to win this state. Vote for him in Nevada!”
