Jessica Alba has been pretty quiet since she announced she was pregnant, but now that her movie The Eye is about to open, the star’s talking baby to anyone who will listen. “Being pregnant is kind of like a sedative… everything’s just chill,†she told Daily 10 co-host Debbie Matenopoulos in an interview airing tonight on E! But the one thing she hasn’t been “chill†about are the effects the baby is having on her body. “The heartburn, the hiccups. I wake up to hiccups every single morning. Never had hiccups before,†she says.
But the changes aren’t just physiological, they’re also emotional. “Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying. That’s not something I’m used to,†Jessica told Extra! But she is beyond ecstatic about her bundle of joy, “It’s quite a blessing and perfect timing,†she said, possibly referring to the writers strike. As for life once her son or daughter arrives, Jessica’s dreams have been quite revealing. “It [the dream] had to do with breastfeeding, which is the only thing I’m paranoid about. More than giving birth.â€
Perhaps she hasn’t watched one of those birthing videos yet…
