Seventies pop sweetheart Jimmy Osmond is being sued for selling a couple a contaminated crack house.

Paul and Cynthia Halliday claim the house Osmond’s Utah real estate company sold them was once used to make crystal methamphetamine and the remnants of the illegal drug enterprise are making the couple feel ill.

Paul Halliday explains, “A few weeks after we moved in we both started experiencing headaches, diarrhoea, shortness of breath, coughing and other flu symptoms.”

Neighbours then told the young couple all about the house’s unsavoury past and, when local officials in Provo tested the property and came back with a positive result for methamphetamine contamination, the Hallidays were told to move.

Paul Halliday adds, “The Osmond name is held high in this community. Their real estate company has been around for 25 years. They should have done a better job in protecting us.”
