The slimy “Jon & Kate + 8″ star — recently seen on the Riviera and in the Hamptons — strolled into pricey Madison Avenue men’s shop Pravda Abbigliamento the other afternoon and announced to store owner Philip Pravda, “Hi, I’m Jonathan!” After looking around for a few minutes, he casually plunked down $950 for a pair of limited-edition, navy, patent-leather, wingtip shoes. “He could buy two pairs of shoes for each of his kids for that kind of dough,” sniffed our spy.
