LUNCH patrons at Michael’s got more than they bargained for Monday afternoon when “Today” hostess Kathie Lee Gifford and exercise guru Nikki Haskell got tied up in the ladies’ room. Haskell explains, “Kathie is just so adorable. She asked me to bring her a Star Cruncher, so I did.” Gifford took one look at the device – once described as an exercise cross between S&M and disco – and had no idea how to use the contraption, which consists of a thick belt and wrist/ankle restraints connected by elastics. “So I took her in the bathroom and hooked her up,” Haskell said. “But it’s a small bathroom, and people were weirded out.”
