Lauren Conrad, who’s desperately trying to get back on “The Hills” after realizing there were few opportunities for her elsewhere, can hang her head on Kyle Howard’s shoulder for comfort. Conrad is now dating the “My Boys” star and brought him to the Pepsi Throwback party at Wheels of Wonder in Los Angeles. Spies saw Howard help Conrad up after she laced her skates while Vanessa Minnillo — who was just shot down for a role on “Melrose Place” — tried to befriend her. “Vanessa probably just wants on the show. She needs a job,” a spy quipped.
