IT WAS love at first sight at the Cynthia Rowley fashion show last Thursday – one week before Valentine’s Day – when “Lipstick Jungle” actress Lindsay Price met dashing David Tisch, of LSV Advisors. The two have been dating ever since. Others in the front row who saw the sparks fly: Philip Seymour Hoffman, Parker Posey, Amy Smart, Alan Cumming, Kim Raver, Aisha Tyler, Martha Plimpton and Tom Sachs.
