While the reality of Heath Ledger’s death is still sinking in for his loved ones, memorial and funeral arrangements are being made.

Frank E. Campbell funeral officials said that no final arrangements will be made until Heath’s father, Kim, arrives in New York City tomorrow morning, which means there is no scheduled viewing at the famed Madison Avenue funeral home, nor have details been finalized to ship the body to Australia where he is expected to be buried.

Meanwhile, the sister of Aussie model Gemma Ward, who was romatically linked to Heath over the holidays, told an Australian newspaper that there’s already plans afoot for a memorial service for the 28-year-old actor this weekend in Los Angeles.

“That [the memorial] will be in LA, then he will be buried in Perth,” said Sophie Ward, who spent time with Heath in Perth over Christmas.

UPDATE: Police sources are telling PageSix.com that after Heath’s dad, Kim, arrives in New York tomorrow, he will be flying to L.A. with his son’s body and then taking Heath’s body home to Perth. When funeral home officials discussed arrangements with Heath’s dad, he said, ” I want to be with my son. I will be with my son.”
