A tipster reports the Mets slugger had traffic backed up on East 21st Street Saturday when a crane blocked the street to lift the hot tub into the space.

Wright bought the 4,100-square-foot loft for $6.1 million in August 2007. Of the interior decorator he hired, Wright told New York magazine, “Basically, I told her I wanted it to be the ultimate bachelor pad. We’ve butted heads a few times — she wants more color, I’m into the grays and blacks — but it’s been a pretty smooth experience.”
