Just three days after Muller had Lindsay’s father briefly jailed for violating a restraining order, Muller turned herself in to Nassau County authorities after allegedly kicking Lohan in the head.
According to a police report, the attack occurred after Lohan and Muller got into an argument over whether an allegedly intoxicated Muller was able to drive. “I feel bad it’s come to this,” Lohan told us. Muller, who’s expected in court on Jan. 13, could not be reached.
