Celebrity Mound

Former O.C. star Mischa Barton, seen (above) in her mugshot, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on December 27 for driving under the influence, driving without a valid license and possession of narcotics.

Sheriff’s deputies stopped Barton’s vehicle after they saw it straddling two lanes of traffic and after it made a turn without signaling.

She was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department — and we are told she is still in custody and being held on $10,000 bail.
