The Contest:
This year, get ready to get noticed at the 2008 Teen Choice Awards! Miley Cyrus is not the only lucky teen that will be up on stage this year. Rock out like Rihanna or Chris Brown in your own music video and you can be too!
JCPenney invites teens across the country to use their webcams to create their own music video to prove they too are worthy of being seen at the Teen Choice Awards. Whomever creates the best video will win an all-expense paid trip to the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles, where they will present a Surfboard on stage. Winners are also receive a makeover from Fabulosity, Kimora Lee Simmon’s new brand, exclusively at JCPenney!

How to Enter:
Warm up your vocal cards and visit http://www.rockyourlook.com/create to get started! You will have a choice of six songs you can perform to in your 30-second karaoke video Submit your video and if it makes the top 20, your friends and family can help cheer you on by voting for you to be the Grand-Prize winner. Check out other videos on the site while you’re there and add comments.
Timing:
Deadline for Video Submissions: July 6th , 2008 at 11:59pm EST
Judging: July 7 – July 13, 2008
Voting: July 14- July 20
Winners Determined: July 22, 2008
Winners will be determined by:
Singing (45%)
Star Appearance (45%)
Public Appeal (10%)
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize Includes: One male and one female will win a presenter role at Teen Choice Awards, round-trip air transportation for three, three night hotel stay, three tickets to the Teen Choice Awards, three Tickets to VIP Post Party, Fabuolsity by Kimora Lee Simmons wardrobe for female winner, select JCPenney brand wardrobe for male winner, $500 spending money and more!
First Prizes Include: Two females and two males will win two tickets to the 2008 Teen Choice Awards and $1000 JCPennney Gift Card.
