With Casa Casuarina, formerly the Versace Mansion, on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, as a scenic backdrop showcasing the diverse South Florida lifestyle, the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders unveiled their 2010 Swimsuit Calendar during a star-studded fashion show.
The invitation only event featured all 40 members of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders in a high-energy swimwear fashion show in which the 2010 calendar months were unveiled to the public for the first time. Those in attendance enjoyed the unique sounds of world renowned singer/rapper and producer, T-Pain, who provided the evening’s entertainment with a live performance which included his own version of Miami Dolphins No. 1, the official Miami Dolphins fight song.
The evening showcased body paint, masks and fringe swimwear ensembles styled by two aspiring designers on the cheerleading squad, Tiffany Pearl and Brittany Marlowe, who combined efforts to help design the featured looks. The works of world-renowned and iconic artist Romero Britto were also included among the fashions featured on the runway as cheerleaders’ served as the canvas for live art renditions of the South Florida based artist. The evening concluded with the unveiling of the 2010 cover, this year’s cover features, Monica Mason, Johanna Torres, Amy Madill and Fabiola Romero together in the warm waters of the Caribbean off the island of St. Martin.
